Easy to swalliw, value for money

I wanted to wait until I’d been taking these for at least a month before writing my review to see if I could notice any benefits. I’m happy to report these are part of my Ayurvedic remedies to combat long term stress and depression. I’m off of all pharmaceuticals. These tables have really worked!! I’m feeling happier, healthier, I am more rested and feeling positive. I will definitely purchase more before I run out!

Decent product. Good for after a workout to help stress levels.

Only used three times, but maybe slight improvement on my sleep pattern.

I used to buy from Zipvit directly before finding them on Amazon. It’s easier (and cheaper) for me to get it through prime and I can get next day delivery. Zipvit products are great. The packaging ensures that it’s airtight so all the vitamins are in great condition. The Ashwaganda works as expected and I’m now on my second bottle.

I purchased this as I suffer with stress and anxiety, especially at work and the reviews were very positive but unfortunately for me these had no impact at all. It's worth me adding that I've since purchased another brand of ashwagandha capsules and they didn't work for me either so I guess my issues are too severe for this type of supplement.My 3 star rating is solely based on it not working for me. It came well packaged and presented and the capsules were easy to swallow with no bad after taste. I'm happy to read that it's helped others and wish it had for me.

I switched to this brand due to my other organic product containing only 63% ashwagandha in a blend with other herbs. This brand is pure organic ashwagandha and the adaptogenic quality is noticable, along with the price, which is lower. My Functional Medicine physician recommended I take four capsules two hours before sleeping, which I do every night, and my sleep has improved, along with my mood, and recent cortisol saliva and blood test have indicated a huge improvement. Before supplementing with ashwagandha my adrenal hormones were very low. This adaptogen, combined with Siberian ginseng taken earlier in the day (due to it having a mild stimulating effect), is proving a very healthy mix for me. I will definitely continue with this product.

Am yet to feel the benefit of these.They are small tablets, one a day, with a very strong scent but no after taste.
