This PF tape has helped me tremendously. I started wearing it everyday for work as a personal trainer when my PF got so bad I couldn’t walk. It has helped me recover and I am still using it for strenuous exercise or when I have to be on my feet for long periods of time. I’ll always keep it on hand in case of future flare ups.

Plantar Fasciitis is very painful. I was crawling up and down the stairs until I got this tape on my foot. My foot still hurts, but not with the intense pain I was having. I have been using this for three weeks. I am doing stretching exercises with hopes this foot will heal soon.
