Not only is the imprint exact and high end, the glass itself is a heavy wonderful quality whisky class. I love it so much. They do better custom work than the fancy in store shops that cost 100x more. This place could definitely get away with charging a lot more. I respect that they value the customers so much and do things with care. Great product and work!

There were mistakes made but it was on MY part. Not the seller and it was fabulous! I bought this cup for my Son in Love for his birthday. When the seller noted they would cut out the background I assumed when I positioned the picture in the photo area to mostly show the dog they would cut ME out. It’s hard to be mad they didn’t. It’s on me. I did not put a note (and there the option to) to cut me out and only add the dog on the glass. This arrived to my Son in Love and we all had a very hearty laugh at how now me and his beloved elderly dog Rex, that likes no one but him and my daughter but tolerated me taking selfies with him are now forever memorialized on this whiskey cup together. Rex is still with us but I wanted to give him a way to always remember Rex once he passes and now, he can’t ever forget how his dog loved me too. 🤣🤣 Again, fabulous product and rendering of us both. Would 100% buy more products from this seller. THANK YOU!
