Great product this is my 2nd purchased works great for me with night sweats

Updated review: I’m on day three of the product and am happy to report that my postmenopausal weight (fluid) is coming off. I couldn’t be happier!I received the product today and took one pill instead of the serving size of two pills. I did that in case I had a reaction to the product; I’m prone to allergic reactions, even with natural ingredients, so I split the dose.I didn’t have an allergic reaction or any other bad reaction. What I did have is the cessation of hot flashes! Not one hot flash since I took the pill! That’s amazing considering how intense my hot flashes have been. I’m usually dripping sweat and carry a handkerchief to wipe it.I don’t know how well these will work in the long run, but if the lack of hot flashes is any indication, I look forward to renewed focus, some fluid loss, and restful sleep!

This works really good for night sweats. I use to roll over in bed and instantly start to have a flash come on. Now, I can roll over and nothing. I get a good nights sleep now. I have been taking them for 4 months. It seems to work the best after 6 weeks. So give it a bit of time for the full effect. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I hate the taste of the capsule. Every bottle I get the capsule's have a awful moldy taste. I guess that is what they are supppse to taste like.

The product was delivered and I took as directed with a full glass of water. 30 min later my heart started racing for more than 30 min more. I can't take this combo of ingredients and can't return it per policy !!

These work well for night sweats. The company has been around since 1973 and this supplement is doctor formulated, which made me feel confident in my choice to try it. The capsules are vegetarian, don’t contain soy or gluten and are made from clinically tested ingredients. The serving size is 2 capsules 1x a day; one bottle is a 30-day supply. They are average size and don’t have a strong odor or discernable taste. There’s a convenient pop top (see photo) on the bottle. This means it is not childproof but it is convenient! I also like that the bottle is made from plastics reclaimed from the ocean. I recommend these.

Solaray is a great brand name for supplements, and this one is definitely great for post-menopausal women. I like that it has chromium as well as trace minerals to help improve both metabolism as well as bone density. It is vegan (no gelatin from animals used in the capsule) and it is easy to swallow and no aftertaste whatsoever. Will be adding to my list of supplements that I take and rotate on a daily basis. Would recommend to other women that are peri-or-post menopausal.

I was so excited to finally see a product designed for post menopausal women. I've almost completed the bottle and have not experienced relief. In fact, my symptoms have gotten worse.
