Purchased Sep 8, 2021, Free shipping, arrived quickly, with FedEx tracking updates. Beautiful Wheat Field with Cypresses print. My screened opening is approx. 60" wide by 80" tall ($277.99) not the same ratio as the original painting, so picture was vertically distorted slightly, but still looked great. I compared the shade to the original painting on the National Gallery of London website, very accurate print and colors, even small details were accurate. I was concerned that my door frame inset would not allow the shade motor photosensor to contact the single control, but on arrival the control was radio controlled so door frame/trim/valances/etc will not block the signal! - this was a very big plus for me. Customer Service was wonderful, both before and after delivery. I was impressed with their help on insuring it would be a perfect fit, and the follow up after delivery to make sure it fit and I was happy with my purchase. The screen/shade was made of a fabric vinyl/water resistant heavy material. Which worked out great to replace my bifold doors on the laundry nook. previous bifold doors, when open, blocked my kitchen/garage door. Now I have the perfect backdrop for Facetime/Zoom/Skype from my computer desk opposite of the laundry nook. One push of the remote control button the laundry nook disappears behind the screen. There was some black glue spots on the edge of the shade and weighted shade edges on arrival, but they cleaned up with a cellulose sponge and soap and water. Passenger Pigeon, was very concerned about this and offered me a replacement, but a replacement was not needed since the shade was water resistant and cleaned up like new. I am very pleased with the product and the service provided. FYI: On arrival the screen/Shade under-rolled, from the back, when lowering the shade. I don't like my toilet paper roll to under-roll, and didn't want my new shade to under-roll either. I found that I could make it over-roll off the front of the roller instead of the back, by lowering the shade, then unhooking the roller from the bracket, and continue rolling in the same direction until it was totally re-rolled from the front on the roll - I then re-installed the roller. Then I flipped the single remote control top to bottom so the brand name was upside-down when being held. then I put a (label maker) label over the product name that said " Laundry door" the buttons were then in the correct direction on the control and worked the same for the new shade orientation. Maybe someone has a better idea, but with my inset door frame covering the screen edge now (instead of backset screen rolling off the back of roller) it makes the screen look like it is a framed painting. So far very happy here. I should have purchased these years ago. The USB cord is a standard A USB to a Micro USB end, the cord is white and about 80" long. No USB charger is provided, but I had an extra. I haven't had to re-charge it yet since the charge I did on the screens arrival a week ago. There is a small (approx. 6") white antenna wire from the motor end on the right - easily hidden.

It’s tough to find a curtain rod with a weight limit.The roller shade doesn’t need to survive a gravity defiant cat!The roller shade blocks more cold, survives claws, resist dust, and get lots of attention due to its clever design.When implemented with thermal coordinating curtains the final design is highly energy effective. It’s so good, it’s probably got an R-value! 🤣I have had this shade for over a year.I bought it after switching to a interior design philosophy that required decor to be functional.This survived my extreme standard.I have a very tight budget, but this roller shade paid for itself in one year.I will be purchasing a whole house of roller shades from Passenger Pigeon.Tips:Take a picture of your window. Include it in your order. Measure carefully at the top and the bottom. We discovered that our window openings were not uniform due to the age of our house.You’ll want a valance or trim to cover up the top.They can be spot cleaned.It takes a while to get these. Wait for them. Human beings make these things.Watch your Amazon messages inside the app.Your guests will ask about this - especially if you put up a printed shade in several adjacent windows. Be kind to your friends and send them to passenger pigeon.

I just want clarify something: the image of the art you order is resized to match the longer dimension (often height) of your measurement and a slice is cut in thr smaller dimension (often width) so you do not get the full picture. However, they were great at accommodating my special request, and the blinds were exactly as expected with a few clever design features to make it easier to install and operate. The print is exactly what I was hoping for. In addition, the team reaches out several times to ensure your measurements are correct and to ensure you don't have any problems. This is my second order, and each time the process and product has improved. I would definitely recommend.

I was skeptical at first since dealing with Passenger Pigeon because they wanted to give me different measurements than what I asked for after going back and forth, I stood firm on my measurements. I realized there is some communication issues with me as an English speaking person to those whose primary language is one in Chinese. But the product is just so so cool and I am so glad I bought it. The product is well made and it fits my sunroom door perfectly. I just love it! Thank you.
