My track has stood idle for a couple of years. My trains would hardly run. Purchased this and within a hours of use the main circuits are running faultlessly!Great product and well made.

Clever idea in principle only
This is my third one of these as they seldom work as well as they ought to. My track laying skills are a bit dodgy but even so there is a lot of on line criticism of this track cleaner for it's unreliability. Bought an American track cleaner to clean the track properly with surgical spirits Got this this time just for the very effective vacuum cleaner in it. It's a pity the rest doesn't generally seem as good as the idea. Basic flaw seems that if the track is bad, the thing can't operate. Self defeating or what. Battery back up anyone??

Didn’t work straight out of the box. Shame because Dapol is a high quality brand!Seller has agreed a full refund so full marks to them.
