Strong Tea
The tea definitely is strong! Good for lattes, and you definitely don't want to overbrew this one as it can get bitter quick. The instructions on the back for making a black milk tea didn't include portions which would have helped but with some experimentation it worked out. Comes in a large bag that I really wish was resealable, you'll definitely have to find some other container for this.

Rich Bold Flavor, makes Perfect Authentic Chai😋
After reading the brewing instructions in the listing and on the product package, I did some research and found that the “2 grams of tea per serving” equals just 1/2 tsp. I brewed a 4 serving batch and I was pleased with how impressively dark and strong these 2 tsp of tea granules became😮 Highly concentrated, indeed. And it had the authentic rich Assam flavor I love so much. “Strong, Rich, Aromatic, Bold Assam”; Yes, Exactly😋 Supreme Quality and Excellent Value, I Highly Recommend 👍🏻🥇🤎

Strong, flavorful tea
I don’t drink too much black tea but decided to give this one a go. I made it stovetop and wow, this tea has a lot of flavor to it! Bear in mind this is the actual tea leaves and not just a concentrate, but it is super easy to pour the tea off and not end up with leaves or dregs in your cup. It is astringent like you would expect, but way more flavorful than what you would get in tea bags. And one bag of this will last you a long time!

Black tea granules for chai or strong milk tea
When I see “chai,” I think of spiced tea, but I believe in India, chai just refers to tea in general. This is a large bag of loose black tea granules. If you haven't had this kind of tea before, you might be surprised that it doesn't look like loose tea leaves, but it's supposed to be this way. The granules are very similar in appearance to Brook Bond, which some Indian friends recommended when I commented how much I liked having tea at their house. When I make the Brooke Bond, I just steep it like normal loose tea in a tea pot or coffee press and then add milk, but I followed the instructions for this and boiled for 3 minutes, added a little cream and some cardamom jaggery I had and boiled for 3 more. It did make a dark and milky tea but I also lost a bit of water to evaporation (and was only making one cup), so I added some cold milk to cool it down. The taste is good, with a little bitter edge. It's priced higher than Brook Bond and other similar products though and doesn't seem any different. Next time I will probably just steep it like regular loose tea. But if I want to make spiced chai, then I would boil on the stove to release all the goodness in the spices.

Yummy!!! This milk tea is perfect for lattes
This tea came out to be super strong, I am mixing it with espresso, milk, and vanilla syrup and it tastes divine. I made the tea as it said on the bag and it just tasted so yummy. I can't wait to make this for my friends and family that come over as well. Just such a warm yummy treat for cold weather.

Crush-Tear-Curl Assam Milk Tea
Please prepare this tea per instructions. One teaspoon of CTC Assam tea, brew 212F for 3 minutes, add milk and sugar if desired and brew for another 3 minutes. I used my electric tea maker and followed directions and enjoyed a tasty cup of Assam Milk tea. I had to find a very fine brewing cup so the tiny grains wouldn't overwhelm the tea, or I could strain it through a coffee filter. 16 oz of tea at this price is reasonable. I'm not thrilled with the packaging at all, it does not reseal! It does cause extra work for tea, which is a bit of a drawback. I have an electric tea brewer so I don't have to do extra work! All around its a good tea!

Lots Of Strong, Quality Tea
This tea comes in a one pound bag, which I wish was resealable. I will have to find a large tin or jar to put it in. The tea is in the form of little balls rather than long leaves. I followed the directions on the bag, and boiled this tea on the stove. I could have used more guidance with the proportions. I used two cups of water, 4 teaspoons of tea, 4 teaspoons of sugar, and two cups of milk. This produced a milky blend that was not too strong, and just sweet enough for my taste, with no bitterness. The tea has a naturally sweet, malty flavor, so I didn't need much sugar. I didn't strain the tea, but you could. I found the tea leaves sank to the bottom after boiling. I would get this tea again. I think it's a great value, since you get a lot of excellent quality tea for the price.
