Great bike
I purchased this for my wife as a Christmas gift. All the kids have bikes and they wanted mom to be able to ride with them. So we got mom a bike. Good price, good quality and not a bad looking bike. Assembly was pretty straight forward and not at all difficult if you read and follow the instructions.

Perfect for my 12 years old.
Well made and easy to assemble! My daughter love the smooth ride and appearance of the bike. The left gear shifter is a little tough for her, but otherwise, the bike is awesome!

Awesome bike
Bike is very sturdy and I was missing a part and customer service was awesome to deal with and sent me a replacement part with no issues. Great follow up from them as well!

Didn't get 2 miles on bike and back tire shift bearings broke and made bike not shift.

Great Customer Service
This 29 inch Mountain Bike is a beautiful looking bike. When I received the bike it had a scratch on the frame. I contacted customer service and they immediately were very kind and courteous and took care of my issue. My son is now enjoying his bike and gets compliments. I would recommend this Hiland company and bike to anyone. Very few places have I ever dealt with that were as kind and quick at helping the customer out as they have been. Thank you so much, we'll always be a customer.

It's aiight, it's for NOW but not forever - know what I mean?
Light bike but not a fan of the cheap gear shifting. While riding anytime I switch gears it doesn't smoothly transition while pedaling making it difficult to catch traction of the new gear I'm shifting to. The hand gear is a pain as well, I'm literally just trying to hold on to my handlebars but gear being too close making my hand shift the gear and I'm a 5'2" woman with small hands so anyone with hands bigger than mine I KNOW is having those same issues. Idk, I'd shop around a bit more - you get what you pay for. It's not the type of bike you buy cheap and invest in, not enough baseline quality to build from.
