I loved the way the product was packaged. It made me feel that the seller cared, knowing that this expensive product could spill. It was all good when I opened the conditioner, so difficult to open, which is good. My hands were getting slimy when opening the shampoo bottle. Some had spilled or it was packaged that way, which upsets me because it is an expensive product. I did not pay to receive 3/4 of a bottle of shampoo. not happy about this. The product is excellent. See pictures of my hair. My hair stylist used this product when I did keratin. I want to receive the amount of product I paid for.
