Description

PTFE oven baskets are used to transport and contain food items to and from the oven chamber. All Essentialware Baskets and Mesh products are made from PTFE material and suitable for safe food contact. Safe for temperatures up to 550° F. To be used in non-direct heat applications only. Do not allow basket or mesh surface to come into direct contact with flame or radiant oven coils. Basket and mesh products are re-usable for hundreds of cooking cycles. Non-Stick PTFE surface makes basket and mesh clean-up quick and easy.
