Use these for first and second fixing LV and ELV cables, and cutting plastic and metal ties. I like the fact that these are so small as they are easier to fully open. These are my favourite cutters, and only £9.I have spent tons in the past on insulated cutters from CK, Knipex and NWS, (whatever you do, stay away from NWS), when you don't really need insulated cutters for first fix, therefore, absolutely dead working. There will be times when you really should use insulated cutters, at those times do yourself a favour and stick with CK!

I've had a Kamasa snippers in my workshop for years. As we have had additional staff members recently, I decided to add extra snippers so I purchased two of these CK snippers. Perhaps they are designed for thicker wires, (we use it for thinner 0.5mm wire) but I find despite the Kamasa despite being years old cuts far far better than either of the two brand new CK snippers. Again, perhaps they are designed for thicker wires, but for my purpose they are disappointing.

Great and very sharp my workmates think there cutters are sharp until they use theses and there flabbergasted on how sharp they are

Like the slightly smaller size of these and quality seems good but see how they last.

I use these every day for my job and they are perfect, even better than some makes that are three times more expensive. Ordered to replace a lost pair and they were delivered 3 days earlier than quoted, happy days.

seem to be well made but yet had a chance to use properly, cut 1 cable and jaws coating seems to have come off as edges of jaws now shiney?
