Comfy, non-slip, great for walking on hard floors
I love these shoes! I'm repurchasing these shoes a year after my first pair because they're worn out, but they've been amazing once they got broken in. I work as a barista in a coffee shop and am standing and walking all day on cement floors every day with bad knees, and these are the best I've found yet. The only problem I've had is that before they're broken in, they squish on my second toe a lot because of how the shoe is curved in the front, but my second toe is also longer than my big toe, so take this with a grain of salt. The issue was resolved after I'd worn them for a few weeks.

Very comfortable
I'd say true to size. The only thing I have had a problem with is the top on the shoes putting pressure on my feet. My second toe is also longer then my big toe so it hits the top of the show but they have been some of the most comfortable shoes I have worn for work. I work three days 12 hours shifts on concrete floors. Other than that I have had no problems with them. I hope they hold up because I like them and I'm more comfortable walking around in them with all the other shoes I've tried for my job.

So great for being on your feet all day!
Crocs is one of the only companies these days that does what all quality companies used to be proud of: create a product that actually lasts the test of time. Not to mention, they truly stand behind them. I have never had a problem with any pair of Crocs that they did not handle if I contacted them - even if I bought them from a third party! Crocs is just an amazing company, full-stop.I long ago stopped caring that Crocs are ugly, when they single-handedly saved me from foot surgery! So eventually, every pair of shoes I own has been disposed of, and all that remain are various styles of Crocs. For everyday use, I generally like their Classic Clog, and I particularly love the variety of colors, because I am just a colorful person! However, in my line of work I usually need something hardier, with better traction. So 2 years ago, I ordered this pair (On The Clock Clog | Slip Resistant Work Shoes) and the Mercy Work Clog (as it was also indicated to be a great choice for those on their feet all day, as in nursing or similar).Right away, the Mercy was NOT going to work for me. I had actually tried it years earlier and didn't like it then either! They fit weirdly, the box tends to run small, and there are whole areas where parts of my feet just don't feel supported - pretty much from the "hinge" area to the back of the heel. I believe I still have them, but I don't even know where they are. I never wore them a second time! But these! These are AMAZING!! Not only did they get me through the incredibly busy and active 2 months of our busy season (which typically include 12 hour days of being on our feet) two years in a row, but they have held up to regular daily use the rest of the time as well! Two years! And I am a big girl who tends to go through other brands of shoes very quickly. You can see in the picture that the ruggedness of the tread is still going strong!Though it's true that my Classic Crocs have also put up with carrying my not-insignificant body weight year-after-year, it's not just the Croc shoes themselves that have held up this time, but also the cushion they put inside the "On The Clock Clog." (For the record, the version I am talking about has an insole they only refer to as "Dual Crocs Comfort." They have since come out with an "On The Clock Literide" that has a "Literide" insole. I have not tried those, and this review is not about that version.) Only a few months ago did the area under my heels begin to wear away on the insole (but just the fabric! You can see it in the picture.). And it's not even unusable, just irritating for a person who has a bit of a "Princess and the Pea" sensory issue. But because it was annoying me, I purchased several different insoles in various styles - I believe all of them being Dr. Scholl's, and all of them claiming to be for people who spent a lot of time on their feet every day. None of them have lasted for any amount of time. I could have bought an entirely new pair of these Crocs, even at full price on their website (this pair is much cheaper here, for some reason) for the price I paid for all of those insoles, and know they would have lasted for a couple of years! My complaints are few, but I will list them:-For one, though they were incredibly long lasting insoles, and I do acknowledge that I could have purchased an entirely new pair of shoes that included them for less money than I spent on the pile of garbage-quality Dr. Scholl's insoles, the part of me that hates waste doesn't really appreciate having to buy an entirely new pair of shoes just for the insoles! But I can't find any place where I can buy the Crocs insoles alone.-The color. I have a couple of issues with the colors. At least one of them may matter to you!1) The black aren't *really* black. Even brand new, they weren't anywhere near as dark black as they look in the photos. They were always a muted sort of blackish, and immediately lighten and look dingy when dirty. Perhaps I could use their "Crocs Shine" cleaner, but I would basically have to do that every day for it to make any difference for the black On The Clock Clog, and that isn't feasible. For my job, I don't care too much about this, but since I'm wearing these for practically every occasion now, it would be nice if they could even reasonably pass for something a little bit classier than my job. I don't need them to be sexy or stylish, but if they could simply fade into the background, that would do. Unfortunately, because of how dirty and dingy they always look, they are noticeable in a bad way. (Note regarding the photo: I have never cleaned them, they are 2 years old, and my job is outdoors! So though you can definitely tell that it is a muted black, some of the discoloration is just due to heavy outdoor use. Judge accordingly!)2) For me personally, I would LOVE more color options in general. Just because someone needs the shoes for work doesn't mean they need them to be a neutral color! Not to mention all the people who want to wear them outside of work. I'm disappointed in how rarely they offer this pair in any color besides black, navy, and white. And on the rare occasion that they do offer it in another color, it is usually some obnoxious pattern that I am not interested in anyway! It would be amazing if they could simply offer this in a variety of colors like they do their Classic Clog.-This isn't necessarily a complaint against Crocs (not sure), but when I've looked up "on the clock clog" in other places (like eBay, etc...), they oftentimes will show an entirely different style of Croc. Specifically, the Neria Pro II. I don't know if this is the seller mislabeling it, or if for some reason Crocs has the "On The Clock" name on some of their Neria Pro II shoes, but it has happened often enough that I feel like there must be some overall confusion that probably starts with Crocs themselves. I also have a pair of the Neria Pro II, and though they share some similarities to the "On The Clock," THEY ARE NOT THEM! They are not only unsupportive, but I've twisted my ankle several times while wearing them, so they are more of a hazard than a less supportive shoe would be in the first place. So be very careful when you order "On The Clock" Crocs that the pair you are ordering is the same pictured in this listing. That's it! Overall, these are very very good and supportive shoes that I whole-heartedly recommend!

Exceeded my expectations
These shoes are sooooo comfortable for those that stand 4 long hours, I put gel heels inside at first and didn't need them! Every comfortable shoe has it's limits tho if u know what I mean, but all in all this is a quality shoe.

Perfect Garden Shoes
These shoes provide lots of room in the toe area and have a nice arch. They replaced my two pair of garden shoes that hurt my feet. I can work half a day in the garden with comfortable feet.

Good product, but not for minimalist shoe wearers
Definitely good for working in a restaurant kitchen with slip hazards. Did prep and dishwashing and if I had these on, no slipping. Many co-workers and friends say that their feet feel better when they wear Crocs. These shoes did not do well for my feet or back. I wear minimalist shoes (athletic, dress, and casual) which have resolved past foot and knee pain. With these, I ended up with a strained Achilles tendon that built up over several weeks as well as overall uncomfortable foot pain at the end of my shifts. Mostly resolved once I switched back to minimalist shoes—the Achilles tendon still will flair from time to time but I have read they take a while to heal fully. Xero has a kitchen safe minimalist shoe—I was trying to save money and heard such good feedback on these. I am sure they are great for most, I recommend caution if you’re a minimalist shoes person.

Comfy for 10hr days at work
Very comfortable for long hours at work. I work 10 hour days and my feet barely hurt afterwards. I had a pair of these for a long time before they started to smell and I had to purchase this new one. Worth the money
