Easy to set up and use- very effective
I've been using this for several months now. I have a very damp stone cottage! It really sucks the water out and is super easy to get up and running. I'm terrible at reading directions but all I do is set it to automatic and set a target of humidity (58%) and the machine does the rest.Easy to manually dump out the water and an alarm sounds and it stops when the bucket is full.Highly recommend. Really the only slight problem is its heavy for me to carry up and down stairs but otherwise a good buy.

Excellent Dehumidifier
First time buying a dehumidifier and glad I picked this one. It’s definitely effective, (judging by the amount of water it pulls from the air) and cheap to run. Well built and heavy, but easily movable. Noise is a constant hum - but the longer you use it, the more you become accustomed to it. 5 stars from me.

It does the job nicely!
At first it was a bit of a shock, because it seemed quite louder than the old one we had. Let's say we mostly got used to it, but still, could be better.Other than that, really had no issues with it in these few months since we got it. It's been on 24/7, on automatic mode, meaning once it reaches a certain humidity it turns itself off.Its very easy to move around in all directions. And what i like is that it blows air sideways (unlike the old one i had) so you can place it under a shelf or such no problem!

Neat looking easy to use Humidifier for lounge and laundry drying
This humidifier is compact and not obtrusive and looks neat. it is relatively quiet and seems to reduce moisture significantly. my lounge is only 11ft x 17ft but this device has brought my moisture level from 69% down to a much safer level of 55% and is particularly useful if you dry washing indoors. Rated at 12l an hour it seems to easily take a physical litre of water from the room in an hour. Overall it is simple to use neat and compact relatively quiet and works in our room. i was quite shocked at the amount of water in the air. I purchased this to help prevent mould and musty smell on some wooden furnishings in the winter.

Very effective, fan is slightly noisier than I wanted
I'm very happy with the appearance and manoeuvrability of the dehumidifier, that I use for clothes drying in a flat with some mould. Should have bought this years back.I think it gets five stars but two minor carps:1. the noise of the fan is slightly more than I wanted, there are two settings but even then...2. I believe it is cheap to run, on my rough calculations, but it would be nice to have a rough conversion for the UKBut, as I say, overall very happy, if not delighted.

Efficient and not too noisy
I've been impressed by this relatively cheap and very compact dehumidifier. Simple to operate and with a good automatic mode, it does exactly what it promises. In a room of 34 cubic metres, the device steadily reduced the humidity level from 65% to 50% within a couple of hours. Left on automatic overnight, the drip tray contained just over 1 litre of water. That tray is extremely easy to empty and has a very clever design for both routing water inward and enabling a simple pour out of its contents.Power consumption was measured at 150 watts with compressor running and the fan at the higher of its two speeds. At the lower fan speed, consumption dropped to 140 watts. With fan only and no compressor, you're looking at 20-30 watts and on standby, less than 1 watt. The noise level is fine for daytime use in a normal household environment with the usual background noise, but I wouldn't be able to sleep with it working, even in "sleep mode" without earplugs.Overall though, 5 stars.

Really good value for money
I'm very satisfied with this humidifier, it does wonders for my laundry drying. Not very noisy and really efficient. Not sure how it will change my electricity bill yet, but it's well worth it. Definitely recommend it.

Short cable
First thing the cable is a bit short only 67 inches or 175 cm, when taking into account a recommended clearance of 12 inches or 30 cm around the unit it does not give much scope for positioning. I would recommend checking you have a suitable access to an outlet where you are thinking of positioning the unit. There are only 3 settings auto, constant and sleep. It came inside its own well packaged box which was inside a bigger box from Amazon without any packaging. It should be noted the unit needs to be left upright and not used for 24 hours after unpacking. It is quite easy to move about, is not overly heavy and is on 4 castors.Still getting using it but seems adequate for its purpose.

Quiet and so far it working well
I bought this when the one we paid triple this price for died after two years. Look at the dimensions. This unit is very small compared to many you would find made for large areas like a basement.I waited the recommended 24hours before plugging the unit in. It is very quiet and started pulling moisture out of the air soon after being turned on. After i had to empty it the first time, i set the unit on the counter in my finished basement and used the hose to run water directly in to the sink. after two days i noticed the air smelled better and i could tell the air is dryer. So far i am really happy with this dehumidifier. If i hav any issues over the next year i will edit this review l.

Finally! A dehumidifer that’s worth talking about….
I live in Florida so a dehumidifier is absolutely necessary during the summer to keep things comfortable and keep the AC from running on overdrive. I had a great one when I first moved here and unfortunately the grandbaby got a hold of it and broke it! This was at the end of fall last year and figured I’d just order a new one once we got closer to summer time.Summer came early this year and well, the same dehumidifier I had before that worked great, was no longer available. So I start hunting for a new one and holy crap - WHY ARE THERE SO MANY MORE OPTIONS NOW?!? I needed something quickly as the humidity went from tolerable to out of control what felt like, overnight. I was striking out with every dehumidifier I ordered. I was getting really frustrated with having to send ones back because they were blowing too much heat out, or not picking up enough humidity out of the air, or it was too small, etc etc etc. This one caught my eye but it was going to take a week to get (which is the only con so far). I decided I’m tired of striking out so let’s order this one, suffer for the week and hope for the best.Outside of the delivery driver delivering the box upside down (when the side of the box literally said THIS SIDE UP), I’ve been so thrilled with this dehumidifier and it’s by far exceeding my expectations and was worth the wait! This thing started filling up nearly immediately! It’s heavy (but has wheels) and has been working super well. I’m very pleased and this Floridian is very thankful!

Great this summe
Has been on since it arrived. If using the drain hose, it must be completely vertical otherwise it will go into the bucket. I discovered that after having to empty the bucket a few times and read all of the reviews. Has worked perfectly since I raised it up. It is keeping 900 sq foot basement dry.

Works Well
I run this little machine 24 hours a day in the humid, rainy Pacific NW winter, and as needed in the summer. It's fairly quiet running, and even the 'full' beeps are non invasive. It is pretty good at keeping my 1500 square feet 20%-30% less than the outside humidity. I plan to get another one of these dehumidifiers soon for even less indoor humidity, as my family really appreciates a drier climate.
