I wanted to contact the supplier and didn't know how so I will send the message here. I ordered this Himalayan Salt on Nov. 5 and when it arrived there was salt on the outside of the package. When I opened it, the seal was already partially open (maybe 1/3). Since I wasn't allowed to return (food item), I called Amazon and Customer Service was great. I got a refund, bought a replacement and tossed the 1st one. The replacement arrived and the seal was much worse than the 1st order. It was barely connected in a couple spots but most of the seal was open. I ended up keeping and using it but the experience was very disappointing. No one has gotten sick so the salt is fine. It's just a sealing issue. I would love to order again in the future as the price is good and I like the salt but I really don't like receiving partially-open food containers. According to reviews, I'm not the first one to receive salt from this company in this condition. I would recommend that the sealers make sure there is no salt in the way before gluing the seal to the package. Customers will be much happier with the product.Other than this issue I completely recommend the product.
