Very comfortable
Use them as Ankle weight and they are very comfortable and hold nice on my leg and does not disturber me in my activities

Easy to use
These ankle weights are ease on and off. My physical therapist approved of them for my at home rehab to add weight to my exercises. The color is bright and makes it fun to use.

Decent quality and works as expected
These work as expected, as I rehab my knee after replacement surgery. BUT the velcro strap to hold it closed is really long and kind of unwieldy to open and close. And if you have a smaller ankle (I'm 5'7", average size) you'll find it kind of slopping around as it doesn't close snugly as I'd prefer.'

Easy to put on.
Recently had a knee replacement and these are easy to put on and just the right weight to help build up my muscles in my leg so that walking, Standing, and getting up will help my knee and leg get stronger.

Matreial's not very good
The ankle weights is for my daughter's gymnastic training. Honestly the fabric is not very durable. Only used couple times, it's compromised already.
