great taste and texture. I use it as a snack in place or less healthy choices. Love that it is reduced carbs and a healthy choice.

High fiber and protein with no sugar and it tastes amazing, highly recommend.

I love these! I eat them alone as snacks, sprinkle on top of yogurt and ice cream, sometimes eat as cereal. I just wish they weren't so expensive. I've had both cinnamon toast and chocolate flavors. Looking forward to trying others.

Overall I would say that they are decent, however a little bit on the expensive side. The flavor is rather bland, although there is only so much you can expect from a keto cereal. So overall i'm giving it 4 stars.

Very happy with this new cereal line, and LOVE that it does not have nuts in it that I am allergic to. Really helps when most of the other "Health" cereals out there use nuts extensively in their product, this one does not. Mix it with fruit and yogurt or coconut milk or even with milk. its all good and I am very satisfied.

Personally I like the taste of the cereal. When your use to something that has a lot of sugar and then go over to this, it is a major change though. It does not have the huge flavor like CTC would actually have but it is hard to duplicate that flavor with no sugar. I put a small amount of Lakanto Maple Syrup on the dry cereal to get a little sweeter taste, but both are Keto friendly so not like your eliminating the sugar content of the cereal only to add the sugar content of a syrup. I do think it's overpriced for the bag size though. If the price was more in line with the cost of a normal box of cereal I would get this every month.

I love this cereal and we buy it often from the grocery stores, so I was stoked to see it for such a good price on amazon. I bought a 4-pack and was bummed that it tasted more stale than usual. The expiration date was just three weeks away from when the order arrived. I don't think I'll be able to go through four packs in just 3 weeks. So even though it's a much better price on amazon, if you want a fresher batch you're better off buying it in store.

One of the best Keto cereals on the market.If dieting, divide contents of each box into 6 ‘same size piles’. Then put in snack size Zip lock bags.Gives you 6 servings of about 125 calories each very low net carbs especially if you use unsweetened almond milk. Total 150 cal per breakfast!
