Real hydrangea petals! Needs a new label.
The box they come in seems like it might state "artificial" but gets cut off. You can tell they're real petals though. Perfect for my outdoor wedding at Mt. Rainier, WA as I did not want to put anything artificial out there.

3000 is a stretch
I definitely thought 3000 pieces would be way more but it comes in a small/medium size bag. Glad I bought more than one but would definitely recommend buying at least 3 boxes worth. No bad smell

didn't look like petals, more like cut/ripped ones
Used as the scatter petals for flower girl. Very small, looked like ripped paper rather than petals. Wish it was the flower itself not the petals, as so small. No smell, which didn't matter. If you want a decent amount I'd do two for a wedding. It was ok, she dropped 3 little bits then saved them all, lol.
