Bathroom mini sink/ cabinet
I just put it together. I can’t stand presswood so I was very concerned about getting it but it’s all I could find for my spot. When opening the box you can see the edges are presswood which makes me cringe haha but again I know what I ordered. I put it together with THE WORST INSTRUCTIONS! But it’s pretty self explanatory if you’re used to putting furniture together. If not than you may have a harder time. Once we put it together it’s pretty dang cute

Excellent for my 1/2 bath under my stairs!
Good review from me. I remodel and work on homes all the time. I needed a tight unit for a certain application and this worked perfect.Easy assembly and it’s solid for what it is. It is constructed of particle board BUT it is laminated very well. Any where that water might travel to is properly covered and laminated. Great product for the price! The Value is there! The ONLY thing I would like to see added to this is a color option for the sink drain. I do have a gold faucet with the brushed nickel drain (which is what comes with the vanity) it’s a thinner cast sink so it requires a special type drain. The drain that is provided is of good quality also so I’m not knocking it. But the drain and faucet are suppose to match, that’s all. Still a Excellent product!

Nothing is universal size
The downspout is unique, and you have to use the poor quality parts come with the sink. No back splash, and always have a little pool of water remained at the bottom. The sink overall looks fine. Design is not good at all

Solid option for tiny bathrooms
I purchased this vanity to replace a small wall-mounted sink that was a bit loose and seemed like an accident waiting to happen with young kids pulling on it. I also disliked the exposed plumbing. We were constrained by the available space in our minuscule half bathroom, and I found premade, non-floating vanity options were very limited around this size. The others I saw were all $200+ for equivalent quality (flat-pack, self-assembly, particle board). This one seemed to offer the best value.Pros:- Well packed. Sink ships in a separate box.- Thoughtful extras. Includes a flexible (accordion) drain tailpiece extension (though I didn’t use it), over-the-door hooks, and even a stubby screwdriver which is very useful for working inside the tight cabinet.- Sealed edges all around. No exposed particle board to worry about getting wet.- Sink can mount in either direction.- Includes holes and hardware for mounting to wall.- Legs have adjustable levelers.- Legs cleared our baseboard so the cabinet sat flush against the wall without needing to cut the baseboard or the back of the cabinet.- Included drain is decent quality (all metal).- Hardware is pretty nice. Metal door handle, metal legs and soft-close hinges.Cons:- Pre-drilled holes in the bottom and the shelf. These do not align with the drain hole in the sink, and so will likely only be useful if using the flexible extension. I’ve read these flexible extensions aren’t very durable, and can collect gunk in the pleats, so I wanted to use a standard tailpiece to connect to my p-trap. This means I can’t use the shelf. Not a big deal, given how little storage space there is anyway. Separately, the pre-drilled hole in the bottom of the cabinet looks a little funny if you don’t need to run the drain that low. I covered the bottom with a small rubber mat.- No overflow drain in the sink.- Door can only be installed to open from the right side.- TBD, but the finish on the legs doesn’t seem like it would hold up well to scratches.Other notes:- I wanted a drain without a stopper to prevent overflow accidents, especially with such a small sink. Any standard bathroom drain designed for sinks without overflow should be compatible. I used a Kohler K-7129-CP.- Installation requires caulking to attach the sink to the cabinet (and should also be used to seal between the sink and wall).- Plumber’s putty, pipe dope and/or teflon tape would be good to have in order to shore up the drain and faucet installations. For what it is, I’m overall quite happy with how this turned out.
