DecoArt 2 Ounce, Pewter Extreme Sheen Paint, 2 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

I love the color and Sheen with this paint! I used it on a texture painting and it is really sharp looking!

As another reviewer stated, the Pewter is not a greyish silver as you’d expect, it is definitely blue! The color shown in the description is the actual color. But I was happy with the paint itself. I used a sponge brush & a primer to get good coverage. Just a bad choice of words when naming the color!

Beautiful color - a deep pewter with a hint of blue. Also a very nice sheen. Very happy with this paint.

I painted large candles for Christmas with this paint and added Reindeer glitter stickers that I bought from Hobby Lobbyand they came out Beautiful , will be buying again .

I Loved, little bit expensive.

As an avid crafter, I often use this brand of acrylic paints for many of my crafting projects, which I purchase here on Amazon. I think the quality of this brand of paints-as I've tried & tested-is of very good quality, & at a great price too, so very worth the money, however, until I purchased this particular paint, which is a metallic shade, I've only used the matte shades. I purchased this specific shade as it was exactly what I was looking for, & I've got a few acrylic paints which are metallic, again which I purchased here on Amazon, which are gorgeous metallic shades, but which cost just over £10 each. I was looking for a metallic gun metal grey shade for a project I'm working on, & I was going to purchase this shade in the much more expensive brand, as I know how great these metallic shades are, having used them previously, but I saw this Deco Art brand in this same metallic shade, & having never tried any of their metallic shades, I thought I'd go for this one first to try out, as to how it comes out, & also in comparison to the more expensive brand I norm use, & at such a minimal price too, - quite a big difference in the price of these 2 brands of paint,- it was, I figured, inexpensive enough to give it a try out. It arrived speedily, & was well packaged. I tried it out, & am pleasantly surprised by how good a quality in its metallic 'ness that it is & comes out as. If I'm completely honest, comparing this to the much more expensive brand I norm use in metallic shades, I find the more expensive brand that bit thicker in its consistency, which in turn gives a more smooth paint application, though even this brand needs 2 coats, & this Deco Art paint also requires 2 coats (I norm apply 2 coats as pretty much standard & expected to have to anyway), & yes its deffo a thinner more liquid consistency, but it's still easy to apply to a really good standard, & has good coverage, & the metallic quality of this brand paint, is really good. I'm happy with my purchase, & now I've tried one shade from their metallic range, I'd deffo buy more metallic shades of this brand in the future, & will deffo, based on this, deffo be more inclined to look at this range first in any particular shade I was after, prior to looking at other brands. I feel these are deffo good quality paints, & are very much value for money too. I would highly recommend!!!

The i like the most is the look of it it looks like pewter and the sheen is brilliant

Bought this to paint where some pewter leaf had come off a mirror but upon putting it on, had to wipe straight off as its was a metallic blue as opposed to pewter, if your not trying to match to something, it might be fine, but if its to match, beware of the colour

Very good quality paint. Metallic finish is realistic, and paint is good consistency to work with.

Lovely colour, goes on well. Recommended.
