Really enjoying this!! I especially like that I don't have to worry about it transferring to other things. It stays put...well, I notice a little transfer when I'm drinking/eating something, but it's not bad at all. I purchased multiple colors, the Alien Black, Pink Lust, Respect the Pink, and Kitten Heels. They all look vibrant and nearly perfectly matte. I usually apply and then wait a couple minutes and apply another coat and wow. They're amazing.These last most of the day. I think this is my favorite line from NYX. If I'm planning on wearing this all day, I either use an exfoliator, balm, and/or chapstick underneath so that my lips don't dry out. This is not a moisturizing lipstick. When I don't use something underneath then I notice that it flakes a little nearing the end of the work day. But I have found that using a moisturizing lipstick over it makes it last all day and it doesn't flake.I think that my favorite color of the ones I purchased is Kitten Heels by far...it's a bright red and just pops. The Alien Black isn't 100% black, but it's really close. The Pink Lust is very vibrant. Respect the Pink is perfect and a light yet bright pink. Watch the pricing on this product as you can get colors for way cheaper at different times. I purchased mine at $1.81 and currently it's sitting at $6.97. But on average, I've found these for around $3 and always purchase at about that price point. So be mindful of that and wait for your color(s) to move price. I usually save them in my cart and when the price changes I'm notified and I'll move them to my cart and purchase them. Just a helpful hint.Pros:The colors are vibrant!The black is nearly 100% black!These stay on most of the day.They really are matte.I haven't had any stain my clothes or hands.These colors are opaque.The price point is really great! The color of this is beautiful. It goes on well and dries quickly. No smell, it doesn’t leave my lips dry and flaky like some. My only complaint would be it doesn’t last as long as others. It smudged and comes off with ease. However, it is well worth the money. I would buy it again!

Here the Suede looks dark but I can say that it is a TAD lighter than presented here. It is still a nice deep-ish purple but I say look at some Youtube reviews to see what you are really getting if it concerns you that much. It is a very pretty color and compliments brown eyes a lot I must say.When it comes to application the brush is a nice size with a flat kind of oval-shaped applicator. Very easy to be steady with and apply. The product is nice and creamy. I think here you get a great amount compared to other liquid lipsticks I have seen, my opinion.When you apply the liquid lipstick it is velvety and creamy like it says, lovely.The smell is fine nothing weird. It does not dry super fast or anything on your lips so once you put it on give it a few minutes to dry, it does not take long. When completely dry it really is like a matte finish! Only problem I have with it is there is still SOME transfer even after hours, but when it does it does not take any color from your lips leaving a patch or anything.It does not really fade through the day, the only time I have to reapply is when I eat. That is when it starts fading a little. No flaking or cracks!This is a really great liquid lipstick, only having to apply at least once after eating and not drying up my lips either. Creamy application with a matte finish. Definitely an awesome buy. If you are looking for a liquid lipstick with good quality and a cheaper price than those expensive brands I definitely recommend this!

Used for my witch makeup. Was told to mix a little black eye shadow with it so it last even longer. It lasted all night. Not as drying as some 24 hour lip gloss.Highly recommend NYX

The formula goes on nicely. It doesn't lift up color if you add a second coat (though I found it's pigmented enough that only 1 layer is necessary). It's easy to find black eyeliner to match.The downside is that it's def not transfer proof or smudge proof. If you touch it you'll get it on your fingers. Def not kiss proof, you'll end up with blue all over your partner and smeared all over your face. It stayed put for hours while I drank, but it immediately wore off my lips and went all over my chin when I ate a sandwich (which would be embarrassing if you're in a restaurant). I also found that I couldn't chew gum while wearing it bc it caused the lip color to rub off onto my teeth (a problem I didn't have otherwise).It looks great with a clear gloss on top. However I found that with a gloss over it it bleeds the color onto the skin above the lips, looking like you have a thousand little wrinkles. This could be due to the pencil I used as liner (Maybelline Tattoo Studio Gel Pencil). Maybe I needed a less creamy pencil for the liner. Or it could be the formula.I also bought this in blue and found the same issues. It has staying power as long as you don't touch it, eat or chew gum. Fortunately it doesn't dry out the lips, though I would recommend moisturizing them a lot before applying.Given how many companies make black lipstick I would look elsewhere and get a transfer proof, smudge proof lip product.
