I am incredibly pleased with my purchase. The loveseat is very comfortable, and everything works great. The automatic recline, heated massager, and LED lights are all outstanding features as well as the phone holders and the drop-down middle section. Assembly was fast and easy, too, with easy-to-follow instructions - no problem at all. Shortly after my purchase, the seller also proactively reached out to provide me with the shipping information and offered to assist with any questions. As well, I placed my order on Christmas Day and was delighted that I received my order (I bought the chair and loveseat) only a few days later (much earlier than expected). It was definitely a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend both the seller and product.

Relatively easy to assemble. Very fast delivery. Comfortable. The fabric PU leather is unusual, different than I expected or have seen before.

Sofa wasn't hard to put together. nice set up. fits in the space I have for it. comfortable too.great for the price.

Not packaged well. Ours came damaged. Arms are weak. Discussing issues with seller is the same as talking to a wall.

I placed an order for a set of the powered brown recliners and received them almost a week before the delivery date. Couldn't be any happier. Now i can enjoy them with my family on Thanksgiving day. The quality of these recliners did not disappoint me. They are comfortable and well made and look great! They are a great addition to my Jayco Rv. Happy customer here.

It is not difficult to put together. Comes in 3 boxes. Assembled it by myself. The directions for the connection of wires could be done in a much better fashion. In some ways it is obvious. Only trouble I had was figuring out the LCD connection. Be sure to look for those before putting the side arm rests on. The electric recline feature is nice and smooth. You have to push at the ends of the "buttons" or "tabs" for the feature to work. I was trying to push in the middle and nothing happened. Again, an issue with lack or clarity or no clarity in the instructions. I bought this set up to watch a 55 inch big screen from about 10 feet away. Perfect distance.

I purchased these theater seats at a fabulous price !!! They were delivered quickly , they were assembled without problems or issues and I couldn’t be happier with them . They are beautiful and comfortable

We just received this and have been assembling it for a few hours. I will let you know our opinion in a few. The instructions are horrible and it is a task, to say the least. What I am confused about is when I was doing research and placed the order this loveseat was #7 on Amazons theater seating best sellers list, and had about 70 reviews. Now it is #62 on this list without any reviews. Weird and weird. I have a really bad feeling about this product because this is quite a bit of money for us. But mainly it is the time and effort put into this and the same it would take to put back into returning it. I don't have the time, what with working all me and my husband do. Ughhhh Amazon.
