I bought this brace in hopes of it giving me some sort of relief to be able to sleep at night. It has not helped at all, I'm more frustrated with it! The massage feature hardly works makes more noise then it does help. You can't even feel the massages on your wrist which was annoying. And the heating part of it only heats up a small section of the brace and is only warm for maybe 15 mins then it's not warm anymore. I've turned it off and turned it back on to see if that helps but it did not. Not to mention I thought this was rechargable but it's not and it comes with a C-charging cord to be able to plug into box but you have to stay with that box for it to attempt to work.

I get this thing where my wrists go numb when typing and only heat and rubbing seem to help. This provides plenty of heat but I ran it for a couple of cycles (it shut off so I restarted it) and I ended up with a mild burn. I had "grill marks" on my forearm for a day or so. I'm a little leery of wearing it since then; I type a lot and can get lost in my work...Perhaps keeping a light fabric between my skin and the wrap can help.

Must be connected to use and vibration is minimal, very cheaply made.

This wrist brace is comfortable and not too tight or stiff. It's shorter than most of the images make it look though. The Velcro makes it feel very secure, but it's more difficult to remove than ones with tabs to unstick the Velcro. The heating and vibrating functions both work well, but there's not a built-in battery so it only works while it’s plugged in. It can plug into either a battery pack or a USB charging block which are not included. It shuts off automatically after some time, but it stays warm for a while and can be turned right back on if needed. It's been helpful for cramping after days of typing and drawing. It would've been more supportive (and a better value) if it were the expected size though.

This is a heated wrist band that helps by compressing and warming up the muscles . It helps bring comfort to the area . It is not heavy. ,
