A representative from WLive contacted me, and was very helpful. They offered a replacement for the torn drawer. Very pleased with the outcome and would purchase more from the company.It’s unfortunate as I really love this furniture and want to order more pieces. However, one of the small drawers arrived with a tear in the corner, normally, that’s not a big deal. It’s more of an inconvenience and I would just request a new drawer, we all know those things happen. However, I. have made multiple attempts to contact the company with no results. I really don’t want to disassemble the entire thing and send it all back, so I’ll probably keep this but I’ll look to similar companies to purchase more of this furniture. If you’re thinking of buying this, it’s a really good value for the price. It look nice, It seems relatively sturdy for man made fabrics and it was not difficult to put together. So all in all it’s a good product, but I have a hard time recommending because , I need a piece replaced and have not been successful in reaching the company.

This product is for those just trying to make home feel like home, people on their own for the first time, mess manager.Set up took about an hour.The product was simple to assemble. A few extra pieces were provided in case something were to be misplaced or broken. As mentioned before the product is practical.My only con is the smaller drawers. They came with a foundation piece bigger than the frame which causes the drawer to be lopsided and caused a little damage to the drawer. Maybe someone should find a smaller size for the foundation piece so that we can get the best use of our product.Small drawers get stuck a little bit, but nothing too bad.

Woman’s review: This dresser of 16 drawers came flat packed in one box; quite heavy. The metal frame took about 2 hours to put together with an allen key (hex key) included in the set. If I had an electric screwdriver it might have been quicker. The directions were simple and easy to follow with clear diagrams. The key is to follow instructions one step at a time; only unpack what you’re needing for that particular step so you don’t misplace parts and screws.Overall, I’m satisfied with the completed product. But take note that the drawers are canvas cloth and when you pull them out, the slide rails do not hold them up. If you pull them out too far, they fall out. Don’t expect them to be sturdy like a wooden dresser. But for the price, I still think it was worth it for my current needs.

I love this dresser it’s light weight nice and has a good amount of storage .

Like the product but one drawer arrived damaged. It’s the narrowest size. Please send a replacement. Easy to put together. Holds a lot.

There's a wide gap between every single one of the drawers so anything I put in them is completely open for spiders and other pests to claim as free real estate. The small middle drawers don't fit at all. Major measurement blunder, the base is wider than the rails. Abolutely do not get this if you have animals or kids, it's not steady and they will tip it over on themselves. On top of all that, one of the drawers arrived damaged. Not remotely worth the money.

I am so glad I baught this. The price is good, and the quality is good. Light weight to move around. But strong enough to hold what you need. Thank you.
