We offer over 18 different varieties of natural floral honey, including Eucalyptus Flora Honey, Drumstick Flora Honey, Ajwain Flora Honey, Saunf Honey, Jammu Flora Honey, Litchi Flora Honey, and many more. As creative beings, humans naturally experiment wherever there is an opportunity. Honey is no exception - we can have mono-floral honey, which is made from the nectar of a single flower type. In nature, multiflora honey is more common, but with domesticated Apis Mellifera & Apis Cerena bees, we can produce mono-floral honey by placing beehives in areas with a high concentration of a specific flower type. For example, during December and January, mustard (sarso) flowers are abundant, so we place our hives in the mustard fields. The bees collect nectar from the mustard flowers and convert it into honey, which takes on the properties of the mustard plant. Other plants like tulsi, sounf, Sheesham, neem, Jamun, litchi, acacia, ajwain, alfalfa, drumstick, and coffee have flowers that bloom in different seasons, making it possible to produce various types of monofloral honey.
