at first, I wasn’t sure they would grow, but boy are the day, and I can’t be more happier. I love so much I can use it a lot now I can get it fresh, my own garden.The seeds themselves are good if you were using those I would do a dry pan roast to bring out the flavors. I do this for my salsa. Yes I use whole coriander seeds roasted in my salsa it’s so good you should try it. The plants taste great too, but they’re only an inch tall right now. will by again

This corriander has excellent flavor. The seeds are crunchy when chewed whole, but they grind well, and they don't easily form a paste. They are not wet, and they aren't oily.Once you use your coffee grinder for these, you will need to grind something neutral, just to cut the aroma, because just washing doesn't remove the oil compounds. I save back a handful of my oats or wheat kernels, and grind that handful after the corriander. Then the grinder will not impart corriander to your coffee, after it is washed. It helps to absorb the seeds's oil.The package it came in is ridiculous. It will not reseal. Remove these to an air tight jar, and give the bag to the cat to bat around the kitchen until he drives you nuts. Then store the jar where you can access it daily, and toss the bag.Even having to provide a container for these is still cheaper than the nationally recognized brand of powder, where ypu get an ounce for the same price.

I make pickled shrimp and we enjoy the flavor of coriander seed. Our local stores did not have any and I am glad. The cost was much better, and I got a pound of seeds. My wife has planted some of the seeds and I am spreading the spice around our neighborhood. Thank for the great product and the saving on the cost!

I'm a fan! I opened my first bag of these seeds, and the fragrance was WONDERFUL! Mine says it's a product of Turkey, and I couldn't find a packaged nor expiration date, but they smell and taste very fresh. Unlike some things that come in a resealable bag, the bag I received actually seals very nicely, and it says to store them in a cool, dark, dry place. I have such a room, but I think a refrigerator would work nicely, too, maybe with the seeds in a mason jar to make sure they stay good and dry.I'd read that coriander seeds have good health benefits, and I've read about boiling them in water to make a tea, but I refuse to do that as it would destroy vitamins. Instead, I soak a tablespoon of seeds in warm water overnight and drink the water first thing in the morning. Delicious! I've tried drying the resulting seeds to soak them a second time; it tastes OK and probably maximizes the nutritional benefit, but it's very weak the second time. Think I'll try sprouting some seeds next, as I'm also a fan of cilantro. Good stuff!
