Unknown mg of ingredients
I have to take coq10, but wanted to add beet root to my regimen so I purchased these. I have no clue how much coq10 is in it, which I find weird isn’t listed. I’ve been noticing more muscle cramps, so I will switch back to CoQ10 alone and buy beet root separately

Good product, reasonably priced and working well for me
Originally didn't have much expectations but soon after taking them for a few days I actually started tofeel better, it's hard to explain.My recent check up showed decrease on my blood pressure after taking this for a month.I am continuing to taking them, signed up for subscription. I didn't mind the size of the capsule either.
