Very very reliable and durable

I just got this iPhone case for my 6s, but I wanted to register an initial impression. I like the slimmer size of this case A LOT, and after sealing it up, I was pleased that there was no gap between the screen and the screen protector like there was on a better-known (and more expensive) brand case I had tried before. The touch screen may be a slight bit less sensitive than it was with only my thin glass screen protector, but it's barely noticeable. Construction feels good, and the screw-in headphone jack and flip-back charging port covers are both pretty standard fare.I subtract a star for the mute switch control cover, which is a round toggle you twist to mute or un-mute. It's an awkward design, and after playing with it a little, it felt like it became disconnected. When I removed the phone to get some dust off the screen cover that I'd missed, SOMETHING fell out--a tiny clip that holds in the circular toggle (but I didn't know that at the time--it got lost in the carpet!)I LOVE that this company included a tiny bag of replacement parts, however! After trying to get the round mute toggle to fit back into the hole (not knowing I was missing the clip), I discovered the company packed two replacement mute toggles AND clips if one becomes lost or damaged with use (which they will be). Seeing the clip, I realized the problem (and was able to find the lost clip, too). With a clip restored, the toggle again stayed on the case.The mute toggle is the only demerit to this case so far, enough to take an otherwise awesome case down a full star. A flap, such as over the charging cover, seems like it would be a far better design much less prone to failure. Otherwise, a great case, and SWEET that they include the replacement parts at this price point! WOW! I'd still recommend it!

I had two Lifeproof cases before this one. I had issues with their charging port door, the volume/silence button, the thumb print cover, and sound. The thumb print covers always failed and broke, the charging port seal kept coming out until I'd lose it, and in order to switch from sound to silence I used my teeth. People tended to have trouble hearing me and I couldn't hear them as clearly. I decided to try this one since it seems to address some of these issues. I am able to switch from sound to silence much more easily and the charging door doesn't have a separate seal I might lose. It passed the waterproof test after immersion in water for over an hour. I use this case since we live near water and do not plan to swim with it. Seems silly to swim with an $800 camera when I have a waterproof camera for $150 that takes better photos. Also, people are louder and no one has said that they have trouble hearing me.My biggest issue with this case is that my aftermarket charging cables don't fit (they do fit Lifeproof). They would, if the hole for the charging port were centered vertically, but it's not. I measured the apple charger and it’s .18” tall x.3” wide. The charger I had for Lifeproof measures .22” tall x.36” wide. The door for the case is approximately .44” wide x about .22” tall, but because the hole is offset and there is more space above the slot than below, you can't fit a .22" tall charger cable. I'm currently looking for a charger cable that is shorter. Other than that, I like the case so far.

Immediately broke during installation! Bought this case a few months ago as a back up and set it aside until my existing waterproof case from a different manufacturer wore out...that time came today as while river rafting in Northern California this weekend I noticed that water had gotten into my prior case...so pulled this new case out that I had been saving. Easy installation instructions that I followed exactly, however, after installing and testing the ringer dial above the volume buttons, the dial simply broke off! I did not force it in any way...just turned it one way to test turning off the ringer, which worked fine...then dialed it back to turn the ringer back on when it just broke off! Very disappointed as I was pretty excited since the case was of a much slimmer design than my other case, and it feels pretty darn solid in hand...but the fact that it broke during installation is a real letdown. Return/exchange policy is 30 days, but unfortunately I had this set aside for almost three months before actually using it. Major bummer! :(UPDATE: Was sent a brand new complimentary replacement case at no charge and this one works perfect. Was camping and boating in the Tahoe National Forest over the weekend and inadvertently waded to shore from the boat with my iPhone in the pocket of my cargo shorts...horrified at first, I was ecstatic to find that the case did its job and protected my phone from any water damage. Unfortunately, my wife's iPhone 6 wasn't so lucky in it's Otterbox Commuter case as it totally fried...now she's back to her old iPhone 4s until November when she's eligible for a free upgrade. I think I'll do her a favor and pick up one of these waterproof cases for her once she gets another iPhone 6s.

Update: Do Not Buy as a waterproof case! Although it held up in my sink test, the first time I tested its waterproofness in real life it leaked and completely destroyed the IPhone 6S.. I checked all the seals before I took it in the ocean, everything seemed good and yet it still leaked enough to destroy the iPhone within minutes of entering the water. If you just want a case it’s decent I guess, but the entire reason I bought it was to use it in water and it Failed! I’ve used a Lifeproof Case with my iPhone SE in the ocean/pools etc and never had an issue with it so just spend the money and get a real case, it’s worth it!Excellent case comparable to Lifeproof at half the price! Straight out of the box I tested the waterproofness of the case; I sealed it and held it under water with some weight for ~40 min and when I pulled it out it was still sealed airtight and no water had leaked in. The case snaps onto the phone very firmly and feels very sturdy and durable. This makes it a little difficult to get off, but they give you a tool to use that works well to remove the case. You can also remove it without the tool, but it is a little difficult. I like how the case is fairly low profile, I’ve had other cases that work well but are too thick and chunky to be functional on a daily basis, whereas this case can be. They also have a 1 year warranty which was quick and easy to sign up for online, just be sure to sign up within 30 days of your purchase date. Colour is as described/pictured. It also comes with an Aux extension that screws into the case to provide a water-tight seal. My only concern will be the durability of the touch screen component of the case, it works very well out of the box, but it feels a bit flimsy so will have to see how well it holds up. This case is great. It saved my phone from an accidental rising tide mishap, although I was too nervous to put it in the water before that. After dropping it a bunch of times, pieces of the case broke off so I knew it was no longer waterproof. They sent me a replacement as soon as I reported the broken case.It took me a long time to put the second case on, but when I did I was in a rush and the knob that toggles silent mode on and off was a bit askew... not sure if that was a defect of the case or my fault. But anyway, I just recently took the case off for a minute and when I went to put it back on, the entire silent mode knob had fallen off the case and disappeared.I doubt my warranty is still valid, but I will attempt to contact them about it. Fingers crossed they’ll send me a new one. Even if they don’t, it was well worth the purchase!!!

Better than expected! Came packaged securely with clear instructions and a number of spare parts in case small pieces get lost.I haven’t put it to the “ooops!” test yet but it looks nice and watertight. My touch screen and finger print lock work well with it and my side buttons seem to work better through the case than they did with my Otterbox.It is a plastic case, not rubber so it’s a bit more slippery than an Otterbox but it does come with an optional lanyard if you’re especially clumsy like me. I opted to add a Pop Socket and it’s super comfortable together - light, slim, and gives some stability without needing to grip if you’re a Pokémon Go addict like myself!If you’re gift shopping, this is great! The packaging was really nice - definitely what you’d expect to find in the electronic stores and they include all their contact info for questions, concerns, and warranty issues.

Love Impact Strong!Was concerned about screen for ease of typing—not a problem.Has an easily accessible flap cover to the charging port which preventsingress of debris. Exterior materialof the cover is non-slip, making holding onto the phone feel secure.Buttons on sides are easy to use.I chose the turquoise blue color—luv it!!

I was thinking about purchasing a new phone, but I decided to stick with my iphone 6, spend a little extra money on it and make it sort of look like a new phone. I purchased this case for my iphone 6 by looking at the ratings of the product, the color was cute and it looked like what I was looking for.I walk to work so headphones are a MUST, I have a pair of Bose headphones (good headphones) and trying to plug them in, is pretty much impossible. Any time I wanted to plug in my headphones, I had to take my phone out of the case.There is zero grip on the case so 99.9% chance, it's going to slip out of your hands anyways.The volume button for my ringer, that I thought was cute, is gone. I have no idea how it came off or even where it went.THE TOUCH SCREEN absolutely terrible!!! I thought something was wrong with my phone. It makes my phone glitch up to the point that it just starts opening up random apps, pressing on things by itself and anytime I try to text anyone, I have to slam my fingers on the phone. I would definitely not recommend this case to anyone. I was very disappointed.
