If anything happens you can count on them to reach out and help!I am so happy to have this because were always lacking a decent place for guests to sleep, but there were definitely some things wrong with it.Pros: it arrived earlier than expected! After it’s built it is so easy to set up the bed and put everything away after. The shelving space is great for books and knick knacks. It is a lot less expensive than other options out there.Cons: It took a team of 3 to build it. A friend has something similar and she said it was a lot to do alone. Mostly because pieces can be tricky to attach together/screw in without support, and it’s a process overall so it can maybe take a day. A looot of the “predrilled holes” were unaligned or straight up missing or even in wrong places. We ended up having to create our own holes to complete things. We used our own tools to build. The drawer is lowkey botched because pieces did not fit well but I dont care as much because only pillows are going there.Overall, the main purpose is that it holds a bed and it can support people laying down on it. We weigh about 120 ish and it was just fine.

Instructions were not very clear, which led to many problems during assembly. Product is cheaply made, but to be expected considering how much cheaper this product is compared to similar ones.

Be prepared to put some time into this project! Ask a friend for help too! But honestly, it’s beautiful, solid, and easy to operate! The pictograph instructions were pretty clear and all the pieces were marked well. I would buy this again if I needed another one!!

It took us a good 3 hours to assemble this unit. Everything came in small pieces that had to be attached together.This is definitely won’t be the best looking furniture in the room as it’s bulky.The single drawer could be made bigger and in better quality.We are happy that we chose a good tri-fold queen mattress for it but we are unhappy with this furniture. It feels like it’s about to break whenever someone lays on it. We got that comment from all of our guests so far.

The bed looks great and works well, but it didn't come with all the pieces to put it together. We had to go to the hardware store and search through a billion screw and bolts to find what was missing.

We wanted something for guests to use but not take up a lot of space.

Parts came reboxed already screwed together and damaged.Over all it does what it needs to do. Haven't used it yet.The only reason I didn't take it down and send it back was because I had invested so much time putting it together. Didn't like that. They could have offered a discount on a reboxed item
