For casual wear, these do great. They look great and are comfortable to wear.However, I was wearing the black ones for work and the sides started flaking off after only a few weeks. Even with me cleaning them and applying protecting polish regularly they quickly became unwearable. Also, the inner soul disintegrated on the third pair I bought almost straight away, luckily I had a custom set of insoles I was able to use but it then became a little tight to wear. However as stated, that only happened on one of the three pairs I've owned.Sadly though, I will not be buying any more of these for work.

These have been an absolute lifesaver. Smart enough to be able to wear to work, yet comfortable enough to not kill my feet after a full day walking around. Nice and lightweight, and have held up well with constant wear

These were great for the first week. After that the left one started pressing on the bridge of my foot so much it drew blood.After three weeks of light office use they're scratched, creased and the white sole is dirty and won't clean.Absolutely useless to me now.
