OEM stuff and you can't go wrong. Saves on the furnace filter by increasing the life at least a month and the intake ducts last about 6 months or more before changing. Also keeps the inside on the furnace clean, lower maintenance required and extends furnace life. Helps people with allergies but you still get dust in the house. Use year round to keep the furnace intake ducts clean. I have never used these on a room AC, only for whole house intake duct filtration.

These are the best... in the spring they remove the pollen, turning your AC into an air filter. In the winter they remove the smoke particles from the wood smoke.And all the time, they are preventing the fine particles from clogging the vanes in the air filter, which keeps the efficiency high. I wouldn't run an AC unit without these, but you do need to change them every few months.So 3M... why can I not buy them???? Please make more!

I have been using these for years. I live in historic house, so I have portable window units everywhere. They work just as well for affordable units as they do window units or anything the filters air. I even use them as a pre-filter for my expensive air purifier.

This filter restricts to much air flow in some units yet works fine in others. The cost is perplexing why something so simple costs what it does.

Old ceiling install, unit built in1974-75 era. Have to trim slightly. Lasts about two months here in south Florida. Strange, at times, the price here is good, but rise. Walmart also has this yet they sometimes are less/more.
