Good for baking and using in whippped cream.
This tastes just like sugary powdered sugar, but it's not sugar. Same texture. Yummy.

PERFECT for sugar-free shaved ice syrup!
I've spent WAAAY too much time trying to perfect my sugar-free shaved ice/snow cone syrup recipe. I mean, I *like* shaved ice, but I'd only get it once or twice a year. Then, for some reason, I got on a kick this summer, and purchased a legit ice shaver, but then ran into the problem of consuming too much sugar. When I tried to find sugar-free syrups, there weren't that many, and those I found either didn't taste good, or caused major gas (sorry if that's TMI...)So I set out to create my own. Shouldn't be hard, right? Well I found out pretty quickly that anything combined with erythritol was a no-no for my digestive system, which ruled out about 90% of the sweeteners on the market. I found that Stevia worked well, but then it brought up a new issue: the syrup wasn't "syrupy" and would freeze when poured onto the shaved ice, making it sort of like eating "dry snow." In other words, it wasn't slushy.I tried xantham gum, guar gum, sodium alginate, cellulose gum, salt, and many other additives to try to get it to behave like regular sugar water, with no luck. Then, I realized that one of my favorite "healthy" sweets, SmartSweets, was sweetened with allulose. And that doesn't cause issues for me, stomach-wise. Because it's chemically similar to normal sugar, and had some volume to it (being 70% as sweet as normal sugar), I thought that might have enough bulk to make it slushy rather than icy. However, I didn't want to add 1.5 cups of allulose into 1 cup of water. That seemed excessive. So my next thought was, "monkfruit is the cool new kid on the block as well, and it's way sweeter than sugar. I wonder if someone has combined allulose with monkfruit?" Sure enough, Besti came to the rescue.I used a Snowie flavor packet, 1 cup of this Besti sweetener, and 16 ounces of water, and BAM! Perfect consistency and *remarkably* close-to-sugar taste. I'm now in zero-calorie shaved ice heaven. This stuff is the real deal.

I'll buy it again
This is sweet just like regular powdered sugar. It dissolves quickly. Used it for a glaze on keto pumpkin walnut cookies. They turned out really good. I used the brown sugar version in the cookies themselves as well as a pumpkin pie. They both came out quite tasty. I have diabetics in my family so this works perfectly for them. It bakes up just like the regular stuff. I hasn't caused any digestion issues. It is a perfect substitute for the real stuff. No sugar spikes. I recommend this. It doesn't have erythritol which is a big bonus.

Good Substitute
Ordered this to make a keto cheesecake. I had previously made a cheesecake with monkfruit and it turned out delicious but felt I could get better results and so I came across Besti. I read the reviews and watched a YT video using the Besti powdered sugar. Purchased a bag, this product is a little expensive, but you're able to make two cheesecakes with the one bag depending on the recipe you use. Made a cheesecake - not the one on the Besti package- and it came out delicious and smooth. The sugar clumps easily, I would recommend maybe sifting for your recipes and it became a little bitter near the bottom of the bag...strange. Anyway, for me there wasn't much difference between the granulated monk fruit and the Besti powdered except the cooking times...they do bake differently and require different measurements.

Sugar alternative you can bake with!
This product is what it says it is--it looks, tastes, blends and bakes like powdered sugar, without the blood sugar spike! I am also using the monkfruit/allulose blend granulated and brown sugars--they melt, bake, and carmelize just like sugar. A game changer for those of us who must cut out carbs. The only drawback is the price--VERY expensive. Another drawback is that is is only available online, either from Amazon or product website, making it something you can't get right away if you happen to run out unexpectedly. My husband is on keto (for health reasons) and he can now enjoy baked treats again.

Wow! Tastes like sugar to me!!
Holy smokes! I recently went back on keto. I fell off the wagon several months ago and decided to get back on. This time I wanted to try to make it easier to stay on so I don’t feel deprived of things I like. Well, in my search for a palatable sweetener, that doesn’t have a weird taste or after taste, I stumbled onto this powdered allulose/monk fruit replacement.I meant to buy in granular form, but oops…I got the powdered form instead. I decided to try it anyway and not return it. I’m so glad I did. I made coffee this morning and I added it to it and bam! Tasted just like my normal coffee. Wanted to cry because I love my morning coffee but I can’t drink coffee without sugar. Now I can’t wait to try this in other things and to try to bake with it.It is on the expensive side, but isn’t everything that is geared towards sugar free/keto lifestyle choices that actually tastes good? Lol.I also am playing the waiting game to see if it upsets my stomach. Have a little bit of bubbly feeling but so far seems ok. Some of these replacements are brutal on the gut!! I guess time will tell!!Now the search is on to find a great flour replacement for my baked goods!

Great Allulose sugar
My go to brand so I don't have to use regular sugar. Good in baked goods, I use it also in fruit sauces. I find I have to use some regular sugar in a crisp cookie to get the crispness
