It's worked great as my son's school backpack when the cheap one he had fell apart
My son's cheap school backpack fell apart quickly, so I gave him this one. It worked great for the past few months and he is hard on a backpack! It's not the most "cushy" backpack, but is it tough and functional. It held some super heavy books and a laptop without any zipper or seam issues at all. It's not a Swiss Gear or other high end backpacks, but it's a lot cheaper than they are.I like it and recommend it.

Backpack work for me
Its durable construction and ample storage make it perfect for carrying all my junk, from my laptop to snacks and water bottles. The multiple compartments and pockets help keep everything organized, though I wish there were a few more smaller pockets for quick access items. The padded straps provide comfortable wear even when the bag is fully loaded. Overall, a reliable and versatile choice for anyone on the move.

Decent storage but seems to be thin material
I like all the pockets it has as I have lots of individual items I need to organize for my job that I use this for and this bag helps with that better than most. The zippers are ok, they've definitely given me issues more than once but they're not the worst I've used, but I did add zipper pulls to them all to make it easier to get ahold of them. As I mentioned in the title the material used to make the bag seems really thin so I'm not really sure about it's durability. Obviously it will depend a lot on how you treat it and how much weight gets put into it as well but I personally wouldn't use it for an EDC or bug out bag or anything like that. The only real issue I have with it is the shoulder straps, which seems to be a common thing on bags lately. There's next to no padding in them, the grab handle has more padding than the straps you use to lug the bag around with on your back. That just boggles my mind. Also there's a pocket on the bottom portion of the back in the area that presses against your back which is odd to me. I could see putting something thin and light in there but anything with weight or size to it can damage your spine depending on how you carry the bag, walk or if you fall on it. I do like that the laptop compartment is a whole separate pocket from the main compartment though. I hate when it's all shoved into one pocket and then you have to be careful of what you put into that pocket so you don't accidently damage the laptop or tablet. All in all it's not a bad bag although I wouldn't use it as a book bag in school or anything that would require me to wear it for a decent amount of time just due to the shoulder strap padding being minimal.

My new go-to backpack
I admit it, I love backpacks and have more than I should have. This is because each one has plusses and minuses. Pockets and zippers and pouches everywhere - sometimes too many and sometimes not enough. Sometimes placed well and sometimes not. Sometimes too big and sometimes too small. I wish I could design my perfect backpack for my travelling. It would hold my camera and tablet plus some basic clothing and other essentials without damaging anything or having wasted space. The previous backpack I bought on Amazon was the closest I found to my "perfect". However, this Zubond backpack replaces that one as my new #1!This backpack is well made, seems durable and has a great balance of properly placed pockets without going over board. I realize what is best for me is not what is best for others, but this one does it for me (at least for now). A big test will be how well it holds up over time (my last #1 started to come apart at one of the seams). My only wish is that this one came in more colors as I really liked the distinctive red of my last #1.

Very nice laptop backpack with ample room!
This backpack is almost perfect. It looks great with a very unique gray design. It has tons of pockets including a front pocket for storage like keys, pens, business cards. A slightly larger front pocket which I use for cables and adapters. Then, a small pocket near the top of the front which I use for lip balm, pills, etc. Then, the larger front pocket which I use for clothes if I'm on a short trip. Then, there's the middle pocket which is perfect for a tablet or more adapters. The only problem with this pocket is that the sleeve has a seem down the middle. So, you can't fit a tablet in the sleeve for some reason. All good, though, you can put it in the pocket outside of the sleeve. Then, the laptop pocket in the back. It's huge, has a sleeve that fits my MacBook without issue and has ample room for more cables, chargers, papers, etc. Finally, it has a zipper pocket across the bottom of the back where you can safely keep a wallet, passports, etc. There is also a USB cable in the middle (tablet) pocket that you can plug into a battery so you can have access to the external charging port without lugging a battery around separately. There are drink/bottle pockets on both the right and left sides. One feature I really, really like is that it has a strap across the back that can go over the handle of your luggage, so you don't have to wear the backpack when you're going through the airport. The only downside I have is that there is very little padding at the bottom of the tablet and laptop pockets. So, if you aren't super careful when setting down the backpack, your laptop can get bent or cracked. Easily solved with a couple rolls of socks at the bottom, but I wish it had built-in padding.Overall, though, I'm very pleased with this laptop backpack and very happy I got it. I'm going on a trip this week and will definitely be using it!
