There is one review already that said the same thing I'm stating is, The wheel for adjustment isn't straight. Its centered on the truss rod but and in no way effects the ability to make an adjustment however it looks as if its bent. Customer service has sent me 2 new ones so I'll update my review if they show up straight. Seem odd that 1 review says what I'm now seeing and 2 of the 2 I purchased are not straight. For quality builders, this is a major issue.

I purchased this truss rod for a 24” scale 24 fret custom neck. The welds are solid and the rubber tubing helps dampen rattling. It’s been a few months of use and I’m happy to report that the rod is consistent and holds tension and turns smoothly.The one criticism I would give is that the spoke wheel wasn’t perfectly centered. This has no effect on functionality, however you may need a slightly larger tolerance to compensate for this. Due to this, I give it a 4 out of 5
