Good for the price.
This was an affordable solution for my kids who are really into baseball. The bands work as intended. One band keeps it so that their arm is connected and another helps with preventing rollovers. The other is a resistance band to help them use their legs with their swing. It doesn't include instructions;however, the pictures from Amazon show how to use.

Quality not so great
Does the job but a little bit of poor quality. Don't know yet but would guess we couldn't get much out of them before they brake.

Requires Knowledge to Use...I Think
I didn't understand the purpose of this kit. The hand bands are practically pointless. I don't know what they're supposed to be helping with other than maybe dropping the bat with one hand. I guess this would help that, but it's a probably that should be fairly simple to stop with some practice. The other black band didn't help with anything, though I'm not real sure what it should help with. The kit came with no instructions, so I tried to use the pictures from the listing. Still, I didn't see much usefulness in the black bands. As for the red band, it was very high quality and may could be used for some resistance training or something, but I didn't understand its purpose for improving batting. It also needed more explanation. The listing has a video on it now, but I don't think it was on there when I first ordered this kit. Friends that played college baseball said they'd seen similar products in the past that they thought were not very helpful.

Works just as good as the expensive version
This version is pretty cheap in value. It is exactly the same as the expensive versions you will find. When it comes to the workouts, you will have to look them up via YouTube. but I have definitely seen a lot of improvement in my sons batting.

Not good at all for swing training
First off I am an adult who has coached baseball and still plays in several leagues. That being said the wristbands will not fit over my hands (and I'm not that big). But they probably have the most usefulness from the videos I watched. The intermediate strap that goes from elbow teaches all wrong swing mechanics. Too much to go into here except to say that after contact you want to extend your hands to get power. This means the band will fall off.The large strap and subsequent video had all wrong swing mechanics too. Hands and shoulders before hips is completely backwards (same with throwing). Hips first, then shoulders and hands.I suppose you can use the large band as an exercise tool for squats, etc.
