I've been using this band for about 5 weeks--maybe three times a week, sometimes for just one or two exercises in a workout, and once a week for an entire 30 minute workout. I do not consider myself a strong person but I guess I'm stronger than I think, because the band snapped and broke this morning, leaving me with a nasty welt on my arm. And of course my return window closed on June 9th. Buyer beware.

This band had a weird stretch to it from the jump, but I overlooked it and moved forward. After three weeks I began to notice that the stitching at the handles was already breaking. Was working out today and fortunately the band snapped when coming down from a curl set, or I would have punched myself in the face.I see the most recent reviews are highlighting their optimism for this crap band due to them being in the 1-2 week honeymoon period, but I will assume they will be updating their review soon to tell what part of this waste of money ruined their workout. I wish all of you who already spent money on this Russian Roulette slice of fitness equipment the best of luck and the safest of outcomes!

Perfect! It works wonderful! Great choice for my whole family since we couldn't go to gym frequently after moving! It has high elasticity so every one in the family could play with it. I am very happy with this purchase!

So much for being heavy duty. The band broke at the handle on the long band while doing single arm tricep extensions, less than 2 months after purchase. I would avoid this brand. The search continues for a quality resistance band. I’m glad I didn’t get smacked with the band when it broke.

This snapped in two this morning when I was using it leaving a large red welt on my shoulder. I purchased this one month ago and have been using it 5 days a week.

This is really a great product! I am literally trying to rip it apart, no luck, very durable! With only 15-20 minutes available for exercise, this band is perfect for multiple types of stretches/exercises. Couple of days in, I feel the results! I am focusing on my chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, and legs. This is a $10 investment that will truly justify! 👍

One of my friends recommended me to do cross-fit and resistance training and I found this band. It is light and flexible. Although you do not need much strength to use it, after a while into the exercise you do get to sweat. Some rarely used muscles really benefited from it. I like the fact that I can use it for different resistance postures.

I tried to buy a replacement band for our weekly trading sessions as my old one was starting to crack and did not want it to break and snap back at me. Although this looks and feels identical, there is loads of flex at the start and then the cord tightens up real fast near its end. This is not great when one needs a consistent resistance throughout any exercise routine. Too little resistance to far too much at the end. Disappointed.

Looking at the quality, it is similar to my local dollar store quality products!!

I find the tension is more of a light tension than medium. Easy to use and great work out aide though!
