Decent set for the money but the driver is very uncomfortable to hold….
In general, this is a pretty decent set for the money. You get a lot for a small price. As you can see from the ad, there is a large variety of bits and sockets with the set. It’s not top-of-the-line, and it’s not going to stand up to a lot of heavy duty use , but it’s a good household set to have on hand for someone who’s not trying to wrench on their car.My biggest complaint with the set is just the ratchet driver. This is likely something unique to mine and maybe not all of them came out this way, but the rubber handle got glued on it at a bit of an angle. It’s just skewed enough that when you have the head perpendicular to the bolt you are trying to drive, the handle is about an eighth or less of a turn away from being in line with the ratchet shaft and the head. Because it has two large protruding points on the grip to help you keep a hold of it, it just feels awkward and uncomfortable where it sits in your hand. I marked it down one star. I thought of marking it down a second star because it’s not the highest quality set. In the end however, the number of pieces that you get with it for the price is a decent value so I kept it at four stars. If you’re looking for something heavy duty or you plan to use this a lot and want it to last you, spend some more money and get a better set. I don’t expect the driver or many of the bits , particularly the torques bits, will last very long under heavy torque.
