Turned my hands red, grip angle doesn't make sense only hurts the wrist. Might work for curling a straight bar but still not worth it.

They do not fit on all bars. Only fits on my steel hex dumbbells. The do give a nice angle. I just wish they were a little more versatile with other bars

I would look at others to be honest. They do let you have your hands twisted a tiny bit. Not very much

Just what I needed

So, these work on a barbell just fine, though the effect in terms of an enhanced stretch was less than what i was hoping for. It also left a red/orange stain on my hands when I first got them.
