I am happy with this tape for it's durability and adhesive. I have really bad knees and I injured one and it swelled up and was hard to get around. I watched a few videos to show the taping I needed to do. I first cleaned off the area with rubbing alcohol, then used some skin prep to help with keeping the tape on. Measured out the lengths of tape, rounded the corners on every end, which is important so it doesn't come off as easily. I taped up my knees according to the video, rubbed it to get it to adhere to my skin and I was impressed on how well it worked. The swelling went down, I was able to get off of the crutches. The tape stuck even in hot and humid conditions and even after showering, which the key to keeping it on after showering is to pat it dry, do not rub it. I will keep using the OK pro tape for my knees and other painful areas as they happen.

I have meniscus damage and arthritis in my right knee. Usually, I depend on KT tape to help me out with the pain and needed stability. I saw this tape and was actually attracted to the fun pink and white pattern. So I ordered. What a lovely surprise. It comes in a secure box that you can pull out like scotch tape. I also appreciate the fact I can cut it to the exact size I need. Adhesion is amazing. I always felt I wasted a lot of the KT tape as it would wrinkle or lose adhesion quickly. Great value. I will definitely be back for more. It is giving me support and excellent movement of my knee.

Update: the adhesive gave me a horrible rash ( knee) that lasted a week after I removed the tape.I suggest trying a small area on your skin before use. It’s really not the products fault, only my sensitive skinThis tape is great. Helps stabilize my knee cap. I’m a plus size woman. It holds well and doesn’t come off until you soak it in water or use an oil for removal.It has lasted 24 hours and I had to remove it before swimming.Definitely worth buying.I purchased the pink.

I have tried..more then a few..saved money..here and there..over spent more! Bought a lot as was a deal..wasted money!! Didn't stick,rolled up,didn't even last few minutes when Got on..or hours ,days..And nope to waterproof when Stated it was!This one is real Deal KTape..waterproof,Sticks,holds ON..supports you!! Gives great pain relief for my knee..shoulder,elbow..wrist n hands on any given day( yup as I SD I use a lotta KTape for a reason)tried on hips but NOT easy to do!? Nor BACK..ah well..oh n neck..hair is issues..n reach!!But it's easy to use..cut to length u need..cut rounded edges..don't touch KTape( clean skin n hands!!) n get to it! There's many variations as to HOW to apply the KTape..I suggest Highly go to the box n go on their website..! Great product,people that make it care..soo!Also Don't apply when knee is totally bent or st8..apply at the in-between of bend n str8...tc n good luck

I ordered this to use to tape up a baby bump for a day trip to Manhattan. I stuck a test piece on my inner thigh about two weeks before my trip to check for skin irritation. The edges frayed slightly after a few days, and I took it off after close to a week - it was still stuck solidly, but wasn't painful to remove at that point. There was no redness or irritation, and I'm notoriously sensitive to medical adhesives. I taped up my bump early in the morning before I got on the train, and it held solidly all day while I walked (and sweated) for 9.5 miles on Labor Day weekend.When I went to take it off after getting home that night (18 hours after applying), it did NOT want to let go! I had to work slowly, stretching both the skin and the tape to get it off without too much pain. This stuff gets the job done!!

I have kt heavy duty and it was very hard to get off, but great hold and support, and a bit pricey.This tape holds well, a little bit easier to get off (than the heavy duty kt)I like that i can cut to my size vs precut strips. And save some $. I'd buy again.

The underside is very sticky, but stretch it just a little bit and the outside becomes quite sticky

Works just like KT tape but costs less. Even with showering the tape stayed on about five days.

I used rhis tape to help with the pain on my hand due to the use of the mouse from my computer and a little pain on my knee. It dis help a little with the pain but I got a terrible dermatitis all around the esges of the tape on my skin. Veey itchy and hot. I took it off but the damage was done. I could even see the wavy pattern of the glue on my skin that didn’t go away for a week, I couldn’t stop scratching. It was only until I applied Calendula cream and castor oil that the marks and the itchiness went away. Definitely not for me!!

Very comfortable, this band help me when I have pain on my leg or my soulder. I like it.

Eine super Qualität !!! Hält wirklich lange auf der Haut, selbst wenn man schwitzt. Ist sehr gut anzubringen und sieht dabei noch toll aus. Ich habe eine sehr empfindliche Haut und reagiere schnell auf Pflaster, aber auf diese Tabe habe ich selbst nach 3 Tagen nicht ein bisschen reagiert. Mein neues Lieblingstape.
