Perfect for my tent at night
These are exactly what I wanted. Bugs are not attracted to red lights, so these are going in my tent to ward those pesky boogers off.These come with a remote & you can also make the changes using the battery box. They take three AA batteries & they are a true Christmas red.♥️

Battery
Works pretty good. Error on my part as they are battery operated and I rushed and ordered. The batteries didn't last too long and started to die out after I would say 2 weeks of using so I still had to order lights that can plug in for the best experience. If u don't mind battery operated and don't want your lights on most of the day then maybe these may work.

The cords and bulbs are clear in color but the light produced is red (the intended color)
I love the structure of the case. Does not give a cheap feel. It actually open via a latch (no screws, no sliding door) so it seems real secure and easy to manage. The light shines bright even with some old batteries I had they worked so it doesn't seem to take a lot of voltage.I ordered the red lights... the cords and bulbs appear to be clear but when you turn it on, the bulbs lit up red. This can seem to be a challenge when having multiple colors, but can simply turn them on to see which is which color.The setting are the bomb! I love the ability to change them without the remote because I honestly have a hard time keeping up with remotes.I loved and will order again for my next event when a different color I didn't order is needed.

Great lights, but....
I love these lights. I have 10 sets of mini lights on my bushes in the back of my house. I love the look and it's like a fairy land. Unfortunately, we lose a string or two every year, so I bought 5 of these to replace 'dead' ones. I was a little disappointed to see clear cords, as green blend and clear are readily apparent, but 'my bad' for not checking this out - just mentioning so people are aware. Also cudos to the manufacturer for their 'waterproof' cases. Take this to the bank people. We had a downpour the other day and most of my cases were SITTING in water. I thought 'oh, oh' - they weren't meant to SIT in water, but that night, right on time, they all came on! I was super impressed. My biggest problem, and the reason for my '3' review is they CHEW up batteries. I am replacing batteries now for the third time in a month. If you have read this far, you'll be able to do the math - 5 sets of lights, 3 batteries each....15 batteries every 2 weeks. Unfortunately I will have to buy new lights, as it will ultimately be cheaper to do that than go through the expense...and inconvenience....of replacing batteries all the time. The other 5 that I have (different brand) are still burning brightly on their first set of batteries. Disappointed, because I really like the brightness of these, but I'm frustrated watching them start to dim on day 10 and go out on day 14 - all of them, so it's not a faulty string.

Awesome lights
These light are very well made. The remote works great. It has 8 settings which allows you to be able to change how the lights perform. I was so impressed with the quality I ordered a second set. They are probably the best battery operated lights I have ever bought. I will be buying more colors.

Fast delivery! Nice and bright
Not sure how they are for outdoors as am using them inside. Nice and bright, but not able to figure out the remote to work the timer ( likely a ME problem) so I just turn on and off manually
