Rio Brands Fluoroflex Plus Tippet 110Yd 7X 2.5Lb

This tippet is the most supple and strongest I’ve ever used. It ties easily and has high knot strength. I used Powerflex for years but decided to try the Powerflex Plus. It doesn’t disappoint. I tried Fluoroflex, which is the worst tippet material ever! It’s no less visible under water than the Powerflex/Plus and knots break too easily. I’ll stick with Powerflex Plus!

This is good tippet. The only thing i will say is if you use a clinch knot, i'd recommend an improved clinch with these tippets. For whatever reason, the clinch knot doesn't want to hold real well with this line.

I always test these when I get it as you don't know how long it has been sitting in a warehouse somewhere. These were all fresh and exactly as described. I buy the same pack about every 9 months. They snap together and have an elastic keeper on each. Fits all standard tippet holders

Strong line. Great for trout I fish very clear water for trout. Works for dry fly and all other trout need in clear water with big fish!
