This review is for the set of four JOYJOLT Star Wars Now Playing Collection Tumblers. I received a free taxable sample of this set to review in my search for fun drinking glasses to use when entertaining.The set arrived in a branded and brightly decorated top-opening box with pictures of the glasses on two sides, a collage of the designs on two sides, and franchise name plus brand name on four sides. Inside the box were the four tumblers individually wrapped in bubble wrap and separated by a cardboard divider. Accompanying the tumblers was a set of four glass straws and a cleaner brush for the stars. This tumbler set can be gifted as is within the box accompanied by a bow, within a gift bag, or wrapped in gift wrap.Each glass tumbler has a 1/4" thick x 3" diameter solid base with rounded edges and rises a total of 5 1/4". The diameter of the tumbler slightly curves in near the top similar to a standard 12oz aluminum can and finishes with a top opening diameter of 2 1/2". The tumblers fit comfortably within the hand despite being slightly taller and wider than your classic can. The sides of the tumblers are a nice thickness and there is a decent feel and weight to them without being overly heavy. There is no indication that these glasses are dishwasher safe, so I would recommend sticking with handwashing with perhaps a bottle brush. General capacity when filled to the rim is not quite 16oz, and a good working volume range would probably be closer to 12oz through 14oz. Overall workmanship and quality is good with no visible seams, uneven surfaces, air bubbles, or scratches.The four total visual Star Wars character designs of Chewbacca, Darth Vader, Yoda, and R2D2 are what really set this collection apart. Each of the glasses features one of these four designs which is comprised of a doodle of the character's face (Yoda, and Darth Vader) or body (Chewbacca, R2D2) accompanied by the full name of the character, a colorful short name ("Chewie", "R2", "Vader", "Yoda"), and a colorful tagline with optional nickname ("my favorite furball", "my galaxy, my rules - the boss", "judge me by my size, do you? - the master", "the cute one - beep boop beep"). My personal favorite was the design for Darth Vader, but the glass and design for "Chewie" easily captured the hearts of the younger testers.As an added bonus, the 4x glass straws (12 grams, 5 1/2" before a slight bend plus 1 1/2") are a good functional and visual complement to the tumblers. I like that the glass straws are designed with a slight bend very close to where they meet the rim of the tumblers such that it furthers the illusion that you've placed a straw into an aluminum can. In terms of branding, the tumbler brand and franchise name appear on the bottom of the glasses.All in all, this is nicely constructed set of glass tumblers with a fun shape and design. I recommend this a great option for gifting, entertaining friends, or personal home use, especially if you or your guests are fans of Star Wars.

Being a big Star Wars fan i had to have these, and i could not be happier. They have a nice solid feeling and look amazing! I am a big soda drinker and i love how they look like a can of soda. Darth Vader is by far my most used one.If you like Star Wars get them as you wont regret it!

And the recipient (a huge Star Wars fan) loved them. Not much else to say. If you are a Star Wars fan or love someone who is, get these.I specifically chose them because he drinks a lot of Coke straight from the can and now he can be more dignified. lol

While the glasses look nice, they are not 16.9oz as advertised. They're only 12oz. It's very disappointing that they did not come as advertised.
