Great for water aerobics
Great set for water aerobics. Carry to and from pool in a drawstring laundry bag.

Great quality_a real workout
We've been using for a couple of weeks. Excellent quality! Super dense foam that inheritantly will float so effort has to be made to push them down into the water.The ankle weights will definitely give you a workout even if just walking in the poolwith them on. The barbell weights easy to use and while the box has some exercises suggested there are so many things you can do with them to work out your arms. Haven't used the belt because we really haven't needed it since our pool is only 54 in deep. Great product in great value and a great workout tool for low impact water workout

Everything you need for a water work out.
Assembling the weights is easy. All products are of high quality. The adjustable belt is a great feature, allowing people of different body sizes to use it. I knocked off 1 star because the ankle weights are uncomfortable for me. I'll figure out something to slide under so it doesn't rub against my skin.

Increased cardio
Wow, I am not a strong swimmer but work out partner pushing me to swim. Tried a kick board and wasn’t happy. Bought this on a recommendation of just using it as water stretching and in place resistance. I used the dumbbells as a kick board. Provided great flotation and resistance a kick board didn’t then I added the waist belt. Wow. Great flotation and excellent addition to the resistance. Awesome set up for just legs only flutter kicks. Did 500m with this setup and was exhausted but felt great. Dropped a pound plus just in that first workout.

Very Nice.
We’ve bought other brands, these are much better. My wife and I both used these all summer, very happy with them. Will probably buy a second set

Fun workout.
Built well, durable but the hand weights have minimal resistance. Still worth the purchase.
