Kinda life saver in mountains good product, but outer carry cover quality is cheap and it was already broken

I ordered this product on 8th June and delivered on 10th June on the same day I made a request for return because of gas leakage and product quality is so bad and today is 30th June my ordered was not picked up and everytime company is giving me false hope that we initiated your refund and now they are again saying we are initiating pickup everytime they are doing this from last 20 days

I recently bought a gas canister from Charlotte Brand and couldn't be happier with it. It's of excellent quality and works perfectly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and efficient gas canister!

The media could not be loaded.  Gas cartridge does not fit due to small size, hence not locked and not able use the appliances. Even after lock still able to move the cartridge mismatch

The product build quality is too good and is easy to use.

While I opened the box I found the product was damaged but there is no return option and also not replaced the item till 7days then after 7days says not eligible for replacement.

This gas is made from very cheap material and is of very low quality. The gas canister is not fitting properly and the gas is not coming out properly. Plus there is only stove in the package and nothing else . If you look at the title it says kettle and other items also included but nothing is in it
