The Elite Gourmet 1.2 Qt. compact deep fryer has 1200 watts of power so you can quickly fry and enjoy your favorite foods. The personal basket can fry up to ¾ lb of delicious fries or buffalo wings for 1 or 2 people. The deep fryer is equipped with a power/ready indicator that illuminates when the deep fryer is powered on & heating and extinguishes to let you know that it’s ready for cooking. The temperature dial is easy to use and adjustable up to 375°F so you can control the frying of delicate foods at a lower temperature or heartier foods at a higher temperature. The basket is designed with a convenient resting hook for easy draining of excess oil and cool touch handles are provided for safe handling. There’s also a stainless-steel lid is provided to minimize splatter. Cleanup is a breeze, simply place the lid and the frying basket in the dishwasher, then wipe down the body and oil reservoir with a warm damp cloth.
