These have a nice flavor and I noticed right away I was sleeping better. I will say I had some crazy entertaining dreams for the first few weeks! I just ran out and am right back to waking up after 4 hours of sleep so I'll be reordering, although it is recommended with this herb that you periodically take a break or it loses it's effectiveness.

Seems to be real good

These are my go to for fast deep sleep. I only take one and within about 30 minutes I'm feeling drowsy. The next day I'm more relaxed. I do not recommend taking them at the start of your day as they do make you drowsy.

I love the taste. But I know people want to feel like you get a spark of energy. But you don’t! It has a balance of energy throughout the day that makes you feel clear and focused. It keeps me calm as I tend to feel frustrated some days and foggy.
