This set of cards is so well designed and made. I'm usually pretty nit-picky about the tools I use in our homeschool and I can honestly say that there is nothing I'd change about these cards. Every little detail from the content to the construction is so well thought out and executed. The cards are thick and sturdy with a great wipe-clean surface. I love the dual-sided design that allows my child to focus on just the missing letters or flip it over and challenge her to fill in the whole word. It was developed in Canada so there's no unnatural word choices or translation mistakes so it's easy for even young children to understand. I think the word choices for each targeted skill are very well chosen. We own all three sets of cards currently available in this line and some of this set is a little ahead of where my daughter is at the moment but I'm already seeing her progress through the more challenging cards. She is more math-centric and not the most enthusiastic when it comes to ELA lessons but she's loving these cards so I'm incredibly glad we found them. I'd highly recommend them to anyone working with students who are developing their reading and spelling skills.

My husband saw this and recommended it for my daughter who is learning to spell. I’m all for anything wipe clean!! My daughter really enjoyed going through these and I like how the cards are set up. They are easy to travel with as well!

As a teacher, I have used number of other flash cards but none of them attracts students the way these cards do. I have all three sets that are currently available from this company and find all of them to be aligned with science of learning. They are clearly developed by a professional with extensive knowledge and experience in working with children and their learning.

These are quality cards, they hold up well to the constant writing and erasing. My daughter loves using them, they aren't too difficult but allow for great practice. My child is 8 and in a French school, these cards help her with her English sounds and spelling.
