I bought this product around 5 weeks ago, and after minimal use, it suddenly stopped rotating and became completely unusable. I didn’t even bother contacting the seller because based on others’ experiences, it’s clear that customer service is unhelpful and refuses to take responsibility. For the price, I expected better quality and durability. Very disappointing – I won’t be buying from this brand again.

Works as described and very easy to handle. Curls do not last long on straight hair

Very disappointed with this product. Purchased it on the 9th May - used it twice and it stopped rotating. Am not sure why cause it did not fall down or anything Is there a warranty can it be replaced .

Charger is not working

Worked really well, my daughter and I loved it. Around 6 weeks after buying it stopped working.

I ordered thinking this would be a great tool to curl my bob length hair but unfortunately it did not ! It’s simple to use but just did nothing sadly …

I always wanted to curl my hair but I’m clumsy and have burned myself with other curlers. I love everything Tymo. This is so easy to use and made gorgeous curls. Start with low heat and smaller sections. Grow from there
