Almost perfect
This iron performs as well, if not better, than more expensive name brands. So far, the steam feature is very effective with no annoying drips on the fabric. The ceramic coated base has several steam vents and has remained clean. I like the heft of the iron, as it feels substantial and of nice quality. It heats up very quickly and makes quick work of the task. My only complaint is that the cord location prevents the iron from sitting well and it gets knocked over very easily, and the cords feels in the way too much. For the low price and quality of this iron, however, this is something I decided to just live with.

Bad design
Its really difficult to know what setting the iron is on. I have no idea which way to turn the 2 dials. It won't get hot enough and when it actually is hot enough it leaks water all over the clothes. Junk.

Easy to use doesn't stick to starch
The last iron i bought off of Amazon was nice but when it fell off the ironing board that's when i saw a change in it and i told myself let's start looking for another iron cause this one isn't heating up like when i first bought it. but this one is nice heats up quick and starch doesn't stick to the plate. i gets done with my ironing real quick.

Don't buy
There is no arrow or mark to indicate what heat setting you are on, so anybody's guess! Also, the cord keeps getting in your way and the iron doesn't stand up because the slot to put the cord into is way too big.

Iron gets cool in the middle of ironing. The return window is closed and now I'm stuck with it.
Still trying to figure out the settings on this iron. So far, I've gotten it to work and praying I won't burn my clothes.Update: Iron is not working as it should. It gets cool and shuts off in the middle of using it and it's quite frustrating.
