The media could not be loaded. It has good lighting, warm white. Very easy setup. Nice design with several falls. It has sponges that are glued in place to collect debris for easy cleaning. These same sponges can cause small amounts of water to flow over the side. This happens less if the waterfall reservoir is not overfilled. About 3 inches from the bottom of the back slide out cover is good.If you add a drop of oil (vegetable, electric shaver oil, etc) spread to the inside end of the water tube that connects to the pump it makes it much easier to put the tube onto the top of the pump.I have mine on my back porch (covered). It goes through around 1 gallon of water a week. My climate is warm to hot. Using distilled or otherwise filtered water is best so as to avoid scale buildup in the pump.Putting in an ounce of fountain clarifier once a week will keep the water clean and prevent algae buildup.

The pictures in the listing don't do this fountain justice. It's absolutely beautiful. It's packaged much better than expected and it's heavier than expected. It was delivered yesterday and I tested it today. It works and looks perfect. Now we just need to snow and cold weather to disappear so I can put it in the yard.

I actually give it 4.5 stars because ascetically it looks really good and the waterfall sound is very soothing. I wound up tying strings to small rocks and let the string hang down into the stream and this helped but did not stop all the splashing.

The driver left our fountain in the middle of our driveway close to the street.Not except able!The fountain is really nice!

Works and looks good

Received my fountain back in early September and stored it until now after redoing my plant bed, which I made every effort to make sure that the fountain was incorporated into the plants surrounding it later after several days I have to refill it every 5-6 hours just to maintain proper level for the pump, not happy with this product, now I have to demolish my plant bed to get the fountain out to replace it with another one….!
