Helpful along with my bedtime tea and turning off tech! Taste is herbally. Seems to help slightly more than when I don't use it.

For a 1 oz bottle of sleep aid I find this product about impossible to replace on a monthly or otherwise basis due to cost, thus the 4 star rating. 1 ounce of liquid tincture doesn't go as far as you might think, especially if you are taking it nightly for sleep. The product has a nice combination of sleep aid herbs but I don't know how they contribute to 'beauty sleep' - haha. You will get good sleep with this product, you are just having to pay for it. This doesn't work well on a fixed income budget, unfortunately.

Not really seeing a huge difference. Been using for 2 weeks now. It make take time to see the difference so I would still recommend it. Everyone’s body is different.

There are no milligram listings for each individual ingredient, so I have no idea of the concentration of what I'm actually ingesting - so there's no way for me to track the efficacy of any adjustments I may need to increase or decrease my dosage.Additionally, while the bottle label states that the product contains collagen, collagen is not listed within the ingredients at all. Either this is an unfortunate omission, or it's intentionally misleading.The supplement had a mild taste, and had a mildly sedative effect upon me when I took it an hour prior to bedtime. But again, since I truly don't know what the supplement contains? I can't pinpoint which aspect of the product is the cause of the effects I experienced.

This is a really easy supplement to work into your daily routine. It's nice to take before bedtime, helps you relax all while supporting your skin's needs to replenish collagen. So far I've enjoyed taking the supplement. We will see if it makes a difference in my skin firmness!

This is one of those products that I have liked before it has completely proven all of it's benefits. I have slept soundly. I also can say that I have had more restful sleep, but as far as the skin benefits, I have yet to see any difference. Of course others may be able to see what I can't, but it is hard to get a unbiased opinion. While I have used a lot of it, I plan to use this until every drop is gone. The taste isn't bad. I have no problems with taking it alone. I will do an update if there is a change. I can say that I do see a benefit with my sleep alone.

Yes, some men need to get their beauty sleep too. Ha! I know that for me, getting a good 6 plus hours of restful sleep and I feel rested and ready to tackle the rest of the day.Though, this product is geared towards women, I still gave it a shot. It gives you the impression that it will do wonders for the skin and improve collegen, etc. I'm assuming that great sleep does have an overall good effect on the body to include the skin and not so much that it comes directly from this product as this isn't a cream. You are supposed to add 10 to 15 drops to any liquid and drink it. I have done this and couldn't tell what it did. I even added more than 15 drops and I think it made me feel more relaxed. Reading the instructions it says to take 3 times in a day to get the best results so, I suppose on days that you want to feel sleepy/relaxed and you don't need to stay focused, then go for it. I think most folks will only take this thinking it's a sleep aid like melatonin. Definitely, nowhere close to being that effective for sleep.It does have ingredients that sound wonderful. I'm not going to repeat them in this review but, they sound lovely. Taking drops in plain water and the taste wasn't terrible. It gave the water an ever so slight sweet/fruity flavor.I applaud this brand for being woman owned and 10% of its sales go towards educating women. Nothing like attaching a good cause to a product, but, in this case it probably helps knowing that you're doing something positive for a cause if you don't notice any other benefit with using the actual product.

This will definitely be on my list of things that I will be reordering many, many times. I'm so impressed with this product. The day I received this I got some devastating news. Usually, in times like this... I would resort to binge drinking. But that day, I decided to try the recommended dosage of this supplement. Within 30 minutes, I felt so much more relaxed and never ended up having a drop of alcohol. Ever since then, I take it when I'm having a hard time falling asleep or when I'm having a really stressful day. It always calms me down. The best part is it never gives me any unwanted side effects and I'm very sensitive to most things. I can 100% recommend this product and I'm happy I found something with great ingredients that actually works. Thanks for making such a wonderful product at a fair price!
